职业教育与产业协同发展及其策略

【摘要】：促进职业教育与区域产业协同发展十分重要。一方面,职业教育发展应充分考虑区域产业发展的现实需要;另一方面,区域产业发展也应充分考虑职业教育在技术技能人才支撑方面的作用。为此,应从完善顶层设计、优化资源布局、增强服务能力、鼓励区域协作、瞄准核心领域等多个方面促进两者的协同发展。
[Abstract]:It is very important to promote the coordinated development of vocational education and regional industry. On the one hand, the development of vocational education should fully consider the practical needs of the development of regional industries; on the other hand, the role of vocational education in the support of technical and skilled personnel should also be fully considered in the development of regional industries. Therefore, we should improve the top-level design, optimize the distribution of resources, enhance the ability of service, encourage regional cooperation, and aim at the core areas to promote the cooperative development of the two.
