菏泽市生物医药产业集群形成机制研究

【摘要】：产业集群是一种重要的区域经济组织形式，它是大量的相关企业集中在特定的区域范围，形成的一个企业间联系紧密、类似生物有机体的产业群。产业集聚发展可以节省企业的交易成本、提高资源的利用率、形成区域创新网络，，产生规模经济，提高区域产业竞争力，促进区域经济发展。医药产业集群是推动菏泽市经济发展的主要动力和重要因素之一。本文在论述产业集群基本概念和理论的基础上，借鉴相关研究成果，探讨了菏泽市医药产业集群的基本特征、形成机制和形成条件，指出了其目前发展中存在的主要问题，提出进一步促进其发展的对策建议。本文分为六章：第一章导论。介绍了本文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状及研究内容、框架体系和研究方法。第二章基本概念和基础理论。阐述了产业集群的概念、产业集群的分类、产业集群的特征和产业集群形成机制理论。第三章菏泽医药产业集群的特征。菏泽医药产业集群经历了孕育阶段、缓慢成长阶段和快速成长阶段。主要特征包括专业化水平高、借力发展、龙头企业示范突出和地理空间集聚。第四章菏泽医药产业集群的形成机制。主要从资源供给、市场需求、外部机遇、政策支持几个方面来分析。第五章菏泽医药产业集群在发展过程中存在的问题和对策建议。问题存在于政府角色定位、要素市场、产学研合作机制、产品结构等方面。在政府引导、人才战略体系建设、资金供给、品牌建设等方面需要加以改善。第六章结论与尚需探讨的问题。
[Abstract]:Industrial cluster is an important form of regional economic organization, it is a large number of related enterprises concentrated in a specific regional scope, forming a close relationship between enterprises, similar to biological organisms of the industrial group. The development of industrial agglomeration can save the transaction cost of enterprises, improve the utilization of resources, form regional innovation networks, produce economies of scale, improve the competitiveness of regional industries, and promote regional economic development. Pharmaceutical industry cluster is one of the main driving forces and important factors to promote the economic development of Heze City. On the basis of discussing the basic concept and theory of industrial cluster and referring to the related research results, this paper discusses the basic characteristics, forming mechanism and forming conditions of Heze pharmaceutical industry cluster, and points out the main problems existing in its development at present. The countermeasures and suggestions to further promote its development are put forward. This article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is an introduction. This paper introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and research content, framework system and research methods. The second chapter is the basic concept and basic theory. This paper expounds the concept of industrial cluster, the classification of industrial cluster, the characteristics of industrial cluster and the theory of formation mechanism of industrial cluster. The third chapter is about the characteristics of Heze pharmaceutical industry cluster. Heze pharmaceutical industry cluster has experienced gestation stage, slow growth stage and rapid growth stage. The main features include high level of specialization, development of borrowing power, prominent demonstration of leading enterprises and geographical spatial agglomeration. The fourth chapter is about the forming mechanism of Heze pharmaceutical industry cluster. Mainly from the resource supply, the market demand, the external opportunity, the policy support several aspects to analyze. Chapter five: problems and countermeasures in the development of Heze pharmaceutical industry cluster. The problems lie in government role orientation, factor market, cooperation mechanism of industry, university and research, product structure and so on. In government guidance, talent strategy system construction, capital supply, brand building and other aspects need to be improved. Chapter six: conclusions and problems that need to be discussed.
