次区域合作背景下的云南边境区域经济合作研究

【摘要】：作为建立在澜沧江—大湄公河次区域经济合作框架下的微观合作机制,云南边境经济合作有利于合作内容的落实,对其进行研究有着重要意义。通过对边界及其边界效应分析,发现不同强度的屏蔽效应和中介效应决定了两国经济发展水平空间分异格局和边境合作的内容、模式。在屏蔽效应主导的背景下,云南边境经济合作内容必须突破商品贸易的有限范围,开展资本和技术领域合作,促进经济合作内容的多元化,最终实现技术合作、投资与贸易自由化;继续发展完善传统合作模式,尝试推行跨境经济合作区、境外经济合作区等新模式。从战略规划、基础设施建设、发展路径、合作模式等方面提出了加强边境经济合作的建议。
[Abstract]:As a micro-economic cooperation mechanism under the framework of Lancang-Greater Mekong Subregion Economic Cooperation, Yunnan Border Economic Cooperation is conducive to the implementation of the content of cooperation, so it is of great significance to study it. Through the analysis of the boundary and its boundary effect, it is found that the shielding effect and the intermediate effect of different intensity determine the spatial differentiation pattern of the economic development level and the content and mode of border cooperation between the two countries. Under the background that shielding effect is dominant, the content of Yunnan border economic cooperation must break through the limited scope of commodity trade, carry out cooperation in capital and technology fields, promote the diversification of economic cooperation content, and finally realize technical cooperation. Investment and trade liberalization; We will continue to develop and improve the traditional mode of cooperation and try to implement new models such as cross-border economic cooperation zones and overseas economic cooperation zones. From the aspects of strategic planning, infrastructure construction, development path, cooperation mode and so on, this paper puts forward some suggestions for strengthening border economic cooperation.
