鲁西南地区乡村小学体育设施的配备现状与建设策略研究

【摘要】:我国的竞技体育发展较快,在世界各国中可以称得上是体育大国。但是,在世界先进的体育国家看来,体育强国才是国家体育发展的目标。而我国要想逐步实现体育强国的目标,这就还需要学校体育教育的支持。学校体育从学生的学习阶段来划分可以分为小学体育、中学体育、大学体育,这就要求在进行学校体育研究时要分阶段研究。 当前,我国乡村小学的教育事业处于蓬勃发展阶段,乡村教育事业得到了国家的大力支持,国家投入大量资金进行基础教育的深化改革。体育教育作为我国教育事业的一部分,在我国的乡村小学教育工作中占很大的比重。作为小学生们,他们现阶段的身体水平和心理状况正处在关键的成长期。因此,我国乡村小学的体育教育事业面临着更多的任务。在我国的素质教育背景下,小学生的身体和心理发展是否健康,小学体育教育扮演了举足轻重的角色。作为学校教育工作的重要组成部分,小学体育教育工作在小学生的身体和心理发展过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。 小学体育教育工作的顺利开展受到很多因素的影响,体育设施作为体育教学工作良好开展的工具,是其中的重要因素之一。鲁西南是山东省经济发展相对落后的区域,区域经济的发展水平对体育教育有着不同程度的影响,全面了解鲁西南地区乡村小学的体育设施配备现状,对教育行政部门全面把握山东小学体育设施的配置,进而科学合理布局、规划教育资金具有重要的指导意义。为此,本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、对比分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对鲁西南各地市区乡村小学的体育设施的配备进行了全面的调研,研究初步得出以下结论: 1鲁西南地区乡村小学体育设施的配备都能够按照国家的一类必备标准配备。但是,能够按照国家的二类必备标准配备的学校仅占33.3%。 2鲁西南地区乡村小学大多数都没有达到国家要求的数量标准。从体育设施的种类、数量和质量角度分析,济宁地区较好于枣庄地区,枣庄地区好于菏泽地区。 3鲁西南地区乡村小学师生对于体育设施配备的满意度分歧较大,学生的不满意比例高于教师的不满意比例,说明鲁西南地区乡村小学体育设施没有以学生的需要进行配置。 4研究提出的鲁西南地区乡村小学体育设施的建设策略可以为优化鲁西南地区乡村小学体育设施的配置提供一定的参考。 通过对结果的分析,,可以为鲁西南不同地市区的教育主管部门了解和掌握该地区乡村小学体育设施的现局,可以完善鲁西南地区体育教育工作,还能够为下一步教育部门对体育设施资金投入提供科学的理论依据
[Abstract]:Competitive sports in our country develops rapidly, and it can be called a great sports country in all countries of the world. However, in the view of the world's advanced sports countries, the sports power is the goal of the national sports development. But our country wants to realize the goal of the sports powerful country step by step, this also needs the support of the school physical education. School physical education can be divided into primary school physical education, middle school physical education and university physical education from the learning stage of students, which requires that the research of school physical education should be divided into stages. At present, the education of rural primary schools in our country is in the stage of vigorous development, the rural education has been strongly supported by the state, and the state has invested a large amount of funds to deepen the reform of basic education. Physical education, as a part of education in our country, occupies a large proportion in rural primary school education in our country. As pupils, their current level of physical and psychological status is at a critical stage of growth. Therefore, the rural primary school physical education in our country is facing more and more tasks. Under the background of quality education in China, primary school physical education plays an important role in the physical and psychological development of primary school students. As an important part of school education, primary school physical education plays an irreplaceable role in the physical and psychological development of primary school students. The smooth development of physical education in primary school is influenced by many factors. As a good tool of physical education teaching, physical facilities are one of the important factors. The southwest of Shandong Province is relatively backward in economic development, the level of regional economic development has a different degree of impact on physical education, comprehensive understanding of the rural primary schools in southwest Shandong, the present situation of sports facilities, the level of regional economic development has a different degree of impact on physical education. It is of great guiding significance for the educational administrative department to grasp the allocation of physical education facilities in Shandong elementary school, and then to arrange scientifically and rationally, and to plan the educational funds. Therefore, this research adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, and makes a comprehensive investigation on the equipment of sports facilities in rural primary schools in southwestern Shandong province. The preliminary conclusions are as follows: (1) the equipment of rural primary school physical education facilities in southwest Shandong can be equipped according to the national first-class necessary standard. However, only 33.3% of schools can be equipped according to the country's second required criteria. Most of the primary schools in rural areas of southwest Shandong did not meet the national standard of quantity. From the point of view of type, quantity and quality of sports facilities, Jining area is better than Zaozhuang area, Zaozhuang area is better than Heze area. (3) the satisfaction degree of teachers and students in rural primary schools in southwest Shandong is quite different, and the proportion of students' dissatisfaction is higher than that of teachers, which shows that the physical education facilities in rural primary schools in southwest Shandong have not been allocated according to the needs of students. 4 the construction strategy of rural primary school physical education facilities in southwest Shandong can provide some reference for optimizing the allocation of rural primary school physical education facilities in southwest Shandong. Through the analysis of the results, we can understand and master the present situation of the rural primary school physical education facilities for the educational departments in different urban areas of southwest Shandong, and can perfect the physical education work in the southwest of Shandong province. It can also provide a scientific theoretical basis for the next education department to invest in sports facilities.
