新兴技术研发主体间协同创新效应实现机制研究

【摘要】：摘要：新兴技术创新不仅是战略性新兴产业发展的关键和依托,也是区域经济结构调整的重要条件。新兴技术创新本身具有高度的不确定性和复杂性,协同创新已成为推进新兴技术研发的主要途径。研发主体是新兴技术协同创新中的核心要素,研究以企业为核心的研发主体间的协同创新效应实现问题,对于推进我国新兴技术协同创新,增强自主创新能力等都具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。研究工作和创新成果主要体现在以下几个方面： 构建新兴技术研发主体协同创新效应实现的理论框架,丰富了新兴技术协同创新的相关理论。协同创新的开放性与系统性更显著,更强调价值实现与合作实质。研发主体间协同创新的本质是不同主体间创新的多维、深层次交互活动,协同创新效应包括创新协同程度提升和创新绩效实现两个层面；研发主体协同能力、协同创新管理机制和外部环境保障等要素对协同创新效应实现具有显著的影响。 立足研发主体的实质与形式协同策略选择,建立演化博弈模型研究研发主体间协同创新效应实现的行为条件。产学研主体间的协同创新演化博弈研究表明,实现协同效应需要减少研发主体进行实质协同的成本,提升进行实质协同的额外收益,并降低机会主义危害。政府介入的演化博弈表明,政府的最优策略是对研发主体的形式协同行为始终保持高压处罚措施,促使研发主体进行实质性协同创新。 从研发主体协同能力、外部协同环境、协同管理机制等层面构建协同创新效应实现的影响因素概念模型,通过问卷调查搜集数据,并利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结构方程路径分析结果显示,协同创新管理机制是提升创新协同程度的重要因素,研发主体的协同能力并不能直接提升协同创新效应,必须通过一定的传导机制才能发挥作用,因此构建良好的组织协调机制和契约制度机制是协同创新效应实现的关键问题。 通过一定的评价标准对企业实施创新协同的程度进行评价,构建企业创新协同程度指数,并利用计量模型研究企业创新协同程度与创新效应实现之间的关系,使研究结论更具说服力。研究表明,除了风险投资指标外,企业创新协同程度和政府支持对其企业的技术效益指标具有显著的正影响,而对创新利润率指标具有负影响,故企业短期内难从协同创新中获取更多收益。因此,提升企业的协同创新效应,必须完善资源投入机制,提升创新协同程度和运行效率,并引导和发挥风投在协同创新中的作用。 利用多案例分析和深入访谈方法,进一步深化相关研究结论,并探索研发主体间协同创新效应实现的路径,对新兴技术企业实施协同创新具有一定的实践参考价值。基于联盟视角,从整体上进一步检验研发主体的协同创新能力、主体间管理机制和外部环境对协同创新效应实现的影响；通过对企业、高校和政府的深入访谈进一步分析协同创新效应实现中面临的问题,并探索相应的对策。研究发现,提升新兴技术研发主体间协同创新效应,要组建协同创新实体平台,创新管理机制,并完善外部环境。 研究显示,新兴技术研发主体间现有的协同创新效应还不显著,因此组建协同创新实体平台,创新组织管理机制,发挥现有“2011”协同创新中心的示范效应,提升协同创新的效果,增强对研发主体的吸引力是未来新兴技术协同创新的关键问题。图29幅,表64个,参考文献327篇。
