将长江中游城市群打造成对内开放典范

【摘要】：党的十一届三中全会以来推进的市场化改革,其实质就是不断扩大对内对外开放。当前,在经济全球化与区域经济一体化的潮流中,对内开放已变得越来越重要。在长江中游城市群发展中,应在继续扩大对外开放的同时,加大对内开放的力度。一方面,推进基础设施互联互通、产业协同发展、市场环境优化、生态文明共建等,全面深化城市群内部合作;另一方面,加强与长三角、珠三角、京津冀、成渝、中原、海峡西岸、北部湾、关中天水等地区合作互动,打造全国对内开放的典范。通过对内开放与对外开放的互动,努力形成中国经济新的增长极。
[Abstract]:The reform of the market that has been promoted since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is in essence the expansion of the opening to the outside At present, in the tide of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the internal opening has become more and more important. In the development of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, we should continue to expand the opening to the outside world and increase the internal opening. On the one hand, we should promote the interconnection of the infrastructure, the development of the industry, the optimization of the market environment and the co-construction of the ecological civilization. On the other hand, strengthen the cooperation with the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Chengdu-Chongqing, the Central Plains, the West Bank and the Beibu Gulf. The regional cooperation and interaction in Guanzhong Tianshui and other areas will be an example of the internal opening of the country. Through the interaction between the open and the outside world, we work to form the new growth pole of the Chinese economy.
