高技术企业技术创新演化路径决策模型研究

【摘要】:技术创新对国民经济发展的重大推动作用已经得到了广泛的认可,企业是社会活动的主要单元,是技术创新的主体。在当前激烈竞争的国际和社会环境下,摆脱发展的束缚,突破自身的瓶颈都需要企业管理者能够从企业各个方面进行创新研究。技术创新是创新活动的核心,企业要想发展就必须要开展技术创新活动。任何一个企业在开展技术创新活动中都面临着一个两难的选择,那就是企业到底该如何选择自己的创新路径,是选择合作创新,还是选择自主创新。基于此,本文进行了此方面的高技术企业技术创新演化路径的决策研究,并针对高技术的研发企业进行案例分析。文章在研究中的内容主要涉及以下四个方面: (1)理论梳理。文章根据研究的目的,在综合阅读国内外文献的基础上梳理了高技术企业理论、技术创新理论、演化经济学理论方面的知识,奠定了文章的基本理论基础。在此基础上,重点跟进了国内外高技术企业技术创新演化路径的研究现状,针对当前研究中高技术企业技术创新演化路径决策中的研究方法,提出了尝试应用系统动力学方法研究高技术企业技术创新路径决策问题的观点。 (2)影响因素分析。在总结分析国内外高技术企业系统理论的基础上,文章综合分析并提取出高技术企业技术创新的演化路径的影响因素,并建立了影响因素的系统层次体系。这些影响因素总体可以分为3层,,分别为基础环境因素、外部动力因素和企业主体因素。其中,层次之间也具有一定的影响关系,尤其是在外部层次因素对内部层次因素的影响方面。研究认为,外部层次因素对内部层次因素具有支撑作用,而单个的影响因素对外部因素则不构成影响,据此结合相关学者的观点,本文构建了高技术企业技术创新演化路径的层次系统图。 (3)模型搭建。在影响因素分析的基础上,文章通过借鉴相关文献,提取了影响因素的指标,构建了指标层次体系,结合系统动力学知识建立了指标之间的因果回路图和流存图。根据高技术研发类企业的特点,文章在此基础上搭建高技术研发企业技术创新演化路径决策一般决策模型,并就相关方程及参数的选取进行说明。 (4)案例应用。为进一步提升论文的实用性和可操作性,文章在搭建一般决策模型之后结合案例情况进行了案例应用,针对FW企业的实际情况、区域经济环境和国家宏观政策,在数据收集的基础上通过应用EVIEWS7.0拟合分析和相对定性评价估计的基础上对相关方程进行了函数关系的建立,并针对FW企业的创新路径决策问题进行解答分析,提出FW企业技术创新演化路径决策的建议。
[Abstract]:The important role of technological innovation in promoting the development of national economy has been widely recognized. Enterprises are the main unit of social activities and the main body of technological innovation. In the current competitive international and social environment, it is necessary for enterprise managers to carry out innovative research from all aspects of the enterprise to get rid of the shackles of development and break through their own bottlenecks. Technological innovation is the core of innovation activities. If enterprises want to develop, they must carry out technological innovation activities. Any enterprise is faced with a dilemma in carrying out technological innovation activities, that is, how to choose its own innovation path, whether to choose cooperative innovation, or to choose independent innovation. Based on this, this paper makes a decision-making study on the evolution path of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises, and makes a case study for high-tech R & D enterprises. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) theoretical combing. According to the purpose of the study, on the basis of comprehensive reading of domestic and foreign literature, this paper combs the knowledge of high-tech enterprise theory, technological innovation theory and evolutionary economics theory, and lays the basic theoretical foundation of the article. On this basis, the research status of technological innovation evolution path of high-tech enterprises at home and abroad is followed up. In view of the research methods in the evolution path decision of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in the current research, this paper puts forward the viewpoint of trying to apply the method of system dynamics to study the path decision of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises. (2) Analysis of influencing factors. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the system theory of high-tech enterprises at home and abroad, this paper comprehensively analyzes and abstracts the influencing factors of the evolution path of technological innovation of high-tech enterprises, and establishes the system hierarchy system of influencing factors. These factors can be divided into three layers, which are basic environmental factors, external dynamic factors and enterprise main factors. Among them, there is also a certain influence relationship between the levels, especially in the external level factors on the internal level factors. It is considered that the external hierarchical factors support the internal hierarchical factors, while the single influencing factors do not affect the external factors. Based on the views of relevant scholars, this paper constructs a hierarchical system diagram of the evolution path of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises. (3) the model is built. On the basis of the analysis of influencing factors, this paper draws lessons from the relevant literature, abstracts the indexes of influencing factors, constructs the index hierarchy system, and establishes the causality circuit diagram and flow chart between the indexes combined with the knowledge of system dynamics. According to the characteristics of high-tech R & D enterprises, this paper builds a general decision-making model for the evolution path of technological innovation in high-tech R & D enterprises, and explains the selection of related equations and parameters. (4) case application. In order to further improve the practicability and maneuverability of the paper, this paper applies the case with the case after building the general decision model. According to the actual situation of FW enterprises, the regional economic environment and the national macro policy, on the basis of data collection, the functional relationship of the related equations is established on the basis of EVIEWS7.0 fitting analysis and relative qualitative evaluation and estimation. This paper also analyzes the problem of innovation path decision of FW enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions on the evolution path decision of technological innovation of FW enterprises.
