价值生态共享经济平台下的价值驱动因素研究

价值创造是所有企业的目标,但是很多企业常常不为顾客创造价值。为了从更高的角度理解价值创造理论,一些学者使用了价值生态这一新的术语。为了成功地传递价值,企业经常追求创新的方法来盈利,提高顾客忠诚度,使其产品或服务更吸引消费者,为客户创造价值。在这些商业模型中,共享经济也不例外。尽管相对新颖,但是最近在全球取得成功的商业模型显示,共享经济模型对于促进经济发展有多重要。本研究的目的就是理解价值生态这一概念,确定驱动价值创造的变量,理解在共享经济环境下的内涵。使用案例研究方法,通过对两个案例的比较和对二手数据的分析,本研究验证了共享经济环境下价值创造的机制。首先,本文选择了一个具有多元战略的共享经济实例Uber,将其与集中战略的共享经济实例Ofo作比较。第二,通过对共享经济、价值创造、价值链和价值生态等方面的二手数据的分析,本文比较了两者是如何运作的,以及各自的机制是如何创造客户价值的。第三,使用定性研究来比较两个案例的机制,由此得出结论,成本节约、效力、反馈等因素受以下四个因素的影响:对共享经济和资源联盟特点的完整评估、价值生态管理和价值合作、实验和持久性以及有效性,创新自主和再造。这样,共享...
