中国实体经济“账期”问题及对策

【摘要】：近年来"账期"问题成为阻碍实体经济发展的重要因素之一。本文通过不同组数据实证分析了实体经济的账期规模、账期延长的状况以及账期对实体经济利润侵蚀程度等问题,并得出在"账期"问题上民营企业比国有企业严重、制造业行业比其他行业严重的结论。本文进一步分析了"账期"问题存在的原因及危害,提出加大民营企业、制造业行业的政策扶持力度等措施解决"账期"问题以促进实体经济发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of "account period" has become one of the important factors that hinder the development of the real economy. This paper empirically analyzes the scale of the account period of the real economy, the condition of the extension of the account period and the degree of erosion of the account period to the profit of the real economy through different groups of data. It is concluded that the private enterprises are more serious than the state-owned enterprises and the manufacturing industries are more serious than other industries in the issue of "accounting period". This paper further analyzes the reasons and harm of the "account period" problem, and puts forward the idea of increasing the private enterprises. The policy support of manufacturing industry and other measures to solve the problem of accounting period to promote the development of the real economy.
