海洋产业集聚与区域经济发展关系分析

【摘要】：本文基于产业集聚理论以及海洋产业的特殊性构建了海洋产业集聚与区域经济耦合发展的理论分析框架,并将研究视角从单个区域拓展至多边区域,探索研究了海洋产业集聚与区域经济耦合发展的内在机制及空间外溢效应,研究发现：(1)长三角、珠三角海洋产业集聚与区域经济可以实现耦合的发展,且呈现逐渐增强的态势,最终达到优质协调的发展。但两大区域的耦合度差距逐渐缩小,而且存在珠三角反超长三角的态势；(2)海洋产业集聚与区域经济的耦合度存在明显的时空差异性。从时间上看,海洋三大产业的产业集聚与区域经济的耦合度呈现先增后减再增的特征,且海洋二、三产业较第一产业有更好的耦合度；从地区上看,长三角的海洋第一产业耦合度要略强于珠三角,而海洋二、三产业要略弱于珠三角；(3)海洋产业集聚对周边地区存在着空间外溢性,且影响的范围存在空间边界。其中,长三角海洋经济以及三大海洋产业对周边地区的辐射范围为300公里,0-200公里衰减速度较慢,而200-300公里内衰减速度加快；而珠三角海洋经济第三产业对周边地区辐射范围为距离500公里,且衰减规律表现出一定程度的空间匀质性。本文认为,从新的视角分析海洋产业集聚与区域经济发展关系对我国海洋经济的发展有着重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and the particularity of marine industry, this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of coupling development of marine industrial agglomeration and regional economy, and extends the research perspective from a single region to a multilateral region. This paper explores the internal mechanism and spatial spillover effect of marine industrial agglomeration and regional economic coupling development. It is found that the coupling development between marine industrial agglomeration and regional economy can be realized in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and the trend is gradually enhanced. Finally, the development of high quality coordination is achieved. However, the gap between the coupling degree of the two regions is gradually narrowing, and there is a trend of anti-super-Yangtze River Delta in the Pearl River Delta. (2) the coupling degree between the marine industry agglomeration and the regional economy is obviously different in time. The industrial agglomeration of the three major marine industries and the coupling degree of the regional economy show the characteristics of first increasing and then decreasing and then increasing, and the second and third industries of the ocean have better coupling degree than the first industry; from the regional point of view, The coupling degree of marine primary industry in the Yangtze River Delta is slightly stronger than that in the Pearl River Delta, while the marine secondary and tertiary industries are slightly weaker than those in the Pearl River Delta. The radiation range of the Yangtze River Delta marine economy and the three major marine industries to the surrounding area is 300 km / 0 ~ 200 km / km and the attenuation rate is slower than that of 200 km / 300 km / km; However, the radiation range of the marine economic tertiary industry in the Pearl River Delta is 500 kilometers away from the surrounding area, and the attenuation law shows a certain degree of spatial homogeneity. Analyzing the relationship between marine industrial agglomeration and regional economic development from a new angle of view has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for the development of marine economy in China.
