湖南省第二工程有限公司海外发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着中国建筑业市场趋向饱和,中国房地产市场持续低迷,国内建筑业入门门槛较低,企业总数越来越大,建筑业企业在国内市场的竞争越来越激烈,利润率越来越低。中国建筑企业走出去已成为一大趋势,大型央企已经在海外拓展了一定的市场。同时中国建筑企业在走出国门后,也遇到了前所未有的挑战,这不仅仅是在企业原有体制、制度、人员、技术等方面与国际接轨中带来的问题,也有国际竞争性市场给企业带来的市场压力。另一方面,中国国际政策趋向开放,国家“走出去”、“一带一路”等政策为中国企业包括建筑业企业提供了海外发展的一定的保障。而海外市场也随着世界经济的复苏,渐渐向好,尤其是发展中国家对国计民生的基础设施建筑,民生保障建设需求很大,市场潜力也很大。特别是中国“一带一路”沿线国家,经济复苏带来了国内需求的增加,又受惠于稳定的中国政策及雄厚的中国资本,经济形势持续向好。综上,中国建筑企业走出国门,发展海外市场是有前景又是必要的。而每个企业自身条件不同,优势弱势有别,在海外高竞争的市场如何立足并有很好的发展提出是每一个立志发展海外市场企业要面临的问题。在确立了“走出去”的大方向后,企业如何走出去,要实现怎么样的目标,又通过什么样的手段来实现这些目标就成了有志于发展海外市场的企业所面临的紧迫的现实问题。国家政策鼓励企业向海外发展,国际大环境也给企业提供了海外发展的机遇,企业充分认识自身条件,分析优势及弱势,认清外在环境的机遇和挑战,从而选择出适合本企业的海外发展战略。本文以湖南省第二工程有限公司研究主体,分析其现处的国内外政治、经济、社会、技术等方面的环境,分析其自身人员、组织、技术能力等方面的情况,以现阶段的海外发展情况入手展开,从而得到适合湖南省第二工程有限公司的海外发展战略。并对该海外发展战略的有效实施,制定了业务、人力资源、政策等方面的保障措施,从而使海外发展战略得以有效贯彻,达到该公司对海外发展的愿景。
[Abstract]:As China's construction market tends to saturation, China's real estate market remains depressed, the entry threshold of domestic construction industry is lower, the total number of enterprises is increasing, the competition of construction enterprises in the domestic market is becoming more and more fierce, and the profit margin is getting lower and lower.It has become a trend for Chinese construction enterprises to go abroad, and large-scale central-owned enterprises have expanded their markets overseas.At the same time, Chinese construction enterprises have also encountered unprecedented challenges after they have gone abroad. This is not only a problem brought about by the original system, system, personnel, and technology of the enterprises in keeping with international standards.Also has the international competitive market to bring the market pressure to the enterprise.On the other hand, China's international policy tends to be open, and the policies of "going out" and "Belt and Road" provide some guarantee for the overseas development of Chinese enterprises, including construction enterprises.With the recovery of the world economy, the overseas market is gradually improving, especially the developing countries have a great demand for the construction of national economy and people's livelihood infrastructure, and the market potential is also great.Especially in the countries along China's "Belt and Road", economic recovery has brought about an increase in domestic demand, and the economic situation has continued to improve thanks to a stable China policy and strong Chinese capital.To sum up, it is necessary and promising for Chinese construction enterprises to go abroad and develop overseas markets.However, each enterprise has its own conditions and its advantages and disadvantages are different. How to base itself on and develop well in the highly competitive overseas market is the problem that every enterprise will face when it is determined to develop overseas market.After the establishment of the general direction of "going out", how to go out, what kind of goals to achieve, and what means to achieve these goals have become an urgent and realistic problem faced by enterprises wishing to develop overseas markets.The national policy encourages enterprises to develop overseas, and the international environment also provides them with opportunities for overseas development. Enterprises fully understand their own conditions, analyze their advantages and disadvantages, and recognize the opportunities and challenges of the external environment.In order to choose the appropriate overseas development strategy for the enterprise.Based on the research subject of Hunan second Engineering Co., Ltd., this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign political, economic, social and technological environment, and analyzes its own personnel, organization, technical ability and so on.The overseas development strategy of Hunan second Engineering Co., Ltd.And the effective implementation of the overseas development strategy, the establishment of business, human resources, policies and other aspects of security measures, so that the overseas development strategy can be effectively implemented, to achieve the company's vision for overseas development.
