【摘要】：围绕特朗普经济政策的评价在美国国内外都存在巨大的分歧。西方主流经济学家大多持反对立场,他们认为,特朗普经济政策违反经济学逻辑,与经济全球化发展趋势相悖,缺少实施的可行性,损害美国的霸主地位,无法实现"让美国再次伟大"的目标。相比之下,赞成者多为非主流经济学的人士。尽管目前对其做出实际评估还为时尚早,但我们试图从美国经济自身存在的问题入手,分析特朗普经济政策的自洽性。我们的基本判断是,特朗普经济政策抓住了美国经济面临的核心问题,对美国经济复兴可能是一剂良方,在逻辑上具备自洽性,在实践中具有可行性。但同时它又有很强的负外部性,现行的国际经济体系和秩序可能会因此受到重大冲击。
[Abstract]:The assessment of Trump's economic policy is deeply divided in the United States and abroad.The majority of mainstream Western economists are opposed to it. They believe that Trump's economic policy violates the logic of economics, runs counter to the development trend of economic globalization, lacks the feasibility of its implementation, and undermines the hegemonic position of the United States.The goal of "make America great again" cannot be achieved.In contrast, the majority of the proponents of non-mainstream economics.Although it is still too early to make a practical assessment of it, we are trying to analyze Trump's self-consistency in economic policy from the perspective of the U.S. economy's own problems.Our basic judgment is that Trump's economic policy captures the core issues facing the U.S. economy and could be a recipe for an economic renaissance that is logically self-consistent and feasible in practice.But at the same time, it has a strong negative externality, the current international economic system and order may be greatly affected.
