安徽省城市经济发展质量评价及时空演变

【摘要】：在全面建设小康社会时期,安徽省进入了以提高居民生活质量为发展目标的阶段。随着安徽省经济持续、快速地增长,城市协调发展、城市经济发展质量等越来越重要,人的自我发展也越来越受到重视。在科学发展观的指导下,本文立足于城市经济发展质量,试图从城市协调发展的角度评价安徽省城市经济发展质量,并探讨其时空演变情况。本文在梳理国内外文献的基础上,结合经济增长和经济发展的相关理论,界定了经济发展质量的概念,构建了评价指标体系。利用2000-2011年安徽省各城市指标值,用熵值法对安徽省城市经济发展质量进行综合评价并进行相应排序,同时结合经济发展质量的类型划分,分析了2000.2011年安徽省城市经济发展质量的时序变化和时空演变,结果表明： (1)从经济发展质量综合评价值来看,合肥市经济发展质量表现为“一枝独秀”的局面,排名主要靠前的城市主要集中在沿江、沿淮地区,如铜陵、芜湖、马鞍山、蚌埠和淮南,排名靠后的城市主要集中在皖北地区城市和部分皖南、皖中城市,如宿州、亳州、阜阳、淮北、池州、六安等城市。 (2)从不同维度综合评价值来看,在经济增长维度、经济效益维度、经济结构维度和经济分享维度基本上呈现出中高—南中—北低的格局,而在经济可持续维度呈现出北高—南中—中低的局面。 (3)从经济发展质量的时空分异来看,安徽省城市经济发展质量整体上呈现出皖中地区优于南部地区、南部地区优于北部地区的格局,中部城市排名比较集中且靠前,北部地区城市排名也比较集中但靠后,南部地区城市排名居中,相对比较分散。
[Abstract]:In the period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, Anhui Province has entered the stage of developing with the aim of improving the quality of life of the residents.With the sustained and rapid growth of the economy of Anhui Province, the coordinated development of cities and the quality of urban economic development are becoming more and more important, and the self-development of human beings has been paid more and more attention.Based on the quality of urban economic development, this paper tries to evaluate the quality of urban economic development in Anhui Province from the perspective of coordinated urban development, and discusses its temporal and spatial evolution under the guidance of scientific development view.On the basis of combing the literature at home and abroad and combining the relevant theories of economic growth and economic development, this paper defines the concept of quality of economic development and constructs an evaluation index system.By using the index value of each city in Anhui Province from 2000 to 2011, the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of urban economic development in Anhui Province is carried out with the entropy method, and the classification of the quality of economic development is combined with the classification of the quality of the urban economic development in Anhui Province.The temporal and spatial changes of the quality of urban economic development in Anhui Province in 20002011 are analyzed. The results show that:(1) from the comprehensive evaluation value of economic development quality, the economic development quality of Hefei City is characterized by "outgrowth alone". The top cities are mainly located along the Yangtze River and along the Huaihe River, such as Tongling, Wuhu, Ma'anshan, Bengbu and Huainan.The cities at the bottom of the list are mainly concentrated in the cities of northern Anhui and parts of southern Anhui and central Anhui, such as Suzhou, Bozhou, Fuyang, Huaibei, Chizhou, Liu'an and so on.(2) from the comprehensive evaluation values of different dimensions, the economic growth dimension, economic efficiency dimension, economic structure dimension and economic sharing dimension basically show a pattern of middle high, middle south, middle north and low.In the dimension of economic sustainability, the north-south-middle-middle-middle-middle-low-level situation.(3) from the temporal and spatial differentiation of the quality of economic development, the overall quality of urban economic development in Anhui Province shows that the central region of Anhui Province is superior to the southern region, the southern region is superior to the northern region, and the central cities rank more closely and ahead.Northern cities are also more concentrated but lower, southern cities rank in the middle, relatively dispersed.
