“一带一路”与浙江外向型经济

【摘要】：浙江作为外贸大省,近年来积极对接"一带一路"战略,对外经济发展表现出强劲增长态势。从"一带一路"的经济内涵和经济政策出发,分析"一带一路"战略的推动对浙江外向型经济的影响,研究发现:浙江在积极对接"一带一路"战略时,对外贸易运输方式、贸易创新方式及贸易投资等方面发生较大变化;相关机电、纺织服装等产品与一带一路国家贸易和投资稳定增长,尤其是高新技术产品的贸易总额增长明显;同时浙江跨境电商及民营资本对接"一带一路"也存在海外仓及民营企业参与度不足问题;基于政府及企业视角提出进一步发展方向。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang, as a big foreign trade province, has actively docked Belt and Road's strategy in recent years, and its foreign economic development has shown a strong growth trend.Based on the economic connotation and economic policy of Belt and Road, this paper analyzes the influence of the promotion of "Belt and Road" strategy on Zhejiang's export-oriented economy, and finds out that when Zhejiang is actively docking with the "Belt and Road" strategy, the mode of foreign trade transportation,Great changes have taken place in the way of trade innovation and trade and investment, and the trade and investment between related machinery and electrical products, textile and clothing products and Belt and Road countries have increased steadily, especially in the total trade volume of high-tech products.At the same time, there is also the problem of insufficient participation of overseas warehouses and private enterprises in the connection of cross-border e-commerce and private capital in Zhejiang Province, and the further development direction is proposed based on the angle of view of government and enterprises.
