众创空间与区域创新系统的构建——基于欠发达地区的视角

【摘要】：基于创新经济学理论,对创客运动到众创空间的发展脉络进行了梳理和分析,从众创空间与区域创新系统的内涵出发,将众创空间作为区域创新系统的微生态环境,并论证了欠发达地区利用后发优势打造众创空间的可行性。认为众创空间是不断演进的区域创新系统的微生态环境,欠发达地区在打造众创空间方面具有明显的后发优势,关键在于如何将后发优势由潜在转变成现实,从而在新技术革命时代站稳脚跟,这尤其需要引起政策制定者的注意。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of innovation economics, this paper combs and analyzes the developing context from the creative movement to Zhongchuang Space, starting from the connotation of the mass innovation space and the regional innovation system, taking Zhongchuang Space as the micro-ecological environment of the regional innovation system.And demonstrated the less-developed areas to use the advantage of late to build Zhongchuang Space's feasibility.Zhongchuang Space is the micro-ecological environment of the evolving regional innovation system, and the underdeveloped areas have obvious late-development advantages in building Zhongchuang Space. The key lies in how to change the latecomer advantage from potential to reality.Thus, to establish a foothold in the era of the new technological revolution, this needs to attract the attention of policy makers in particular.
