江苏对外直接投资对产业结构的影响研究

【摘要】：随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,各国之间的经济联系日益紧密,对外直接投资成为世界经济发展的重要引擎。改革开放以来,江苏对外投资飞速增长,省内产业结构水平也呈现出逐步上升的态势,这种看似不同的经济现象是否蕴含着内在关联?过去几十年里江苏对外直接投资的发展是否支持了产业结构的升级?这对于亟须实现外贸转型和产业转型的江苏省有着重要意义。目前,原材料价格上涨,劳动力和能源成本不断上升使得江苏传统产业优势逐步丧失,江苏能否借鉴日本、美国等发达国家,借助对外直接投资转移传统产业,化解过剩产能,发展高新技术产业,进一步推动本省产业结构升级是一个值得深入研究的论题。本文首先对国内外研究文献和相关理论基础进行分析归纳,总结出一国进行对外直接投资的三种动机,并结合产业结构的影响因素,具体分析了市场寻求型、资源寻求型、战略资产寻求型三种不同动机对外直接投资影响投资国产业结构的理论机制。从中可以看出,三类对外直接投资主要是通过不同的传导效应在不同程度上影响着母国的国际贸易、国内投资、技术水平、生产效率、消费需求,进而影响其产业结构。其次,本文对江苏对外直接投资的进程与规模及主体结构、产业分布和区位变化等特点做了详细分析,总结出:江苏对外直接投资的投资主体以民营企业为主,投资区域主要集中于亚洲,投资行业主要分布于技术含量较低的劳动密集型制造行业和传统服务业;同时,本文还对江苏产业结构调整的经济环境与江苏产业结构现状做出具体分析,指出:尽管目前江苏产业内部结构还存在着一些问题,但总体上看,江苏产业结构水平正逐步提升。再次,本文建立回归模型和灰色关联模型,分别对江苏对外直接投资规模对产业结构的影响及江苏对外直接投资行业分布对产业结构的影响进行了实证研究。结果表明:江苏对外直接投资对产业结构的升级具有一定的促进作用,且主要通过出口规模、国内投资和技术水平这三个路径促进产业结构的升级;另外,不同行业对外直接投资对江苏产业结构的影响程度不同,其中信息传输、计算机服务和软件业、建筑业、制造业、科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业等对产业结构的影响较大。最后,本文根据研究结论,结合江苏对外直接投资发展现状及产业特点从政府和企业两个角度提出相应的政策建议,以进一步发挥江苏外直接投资的产业结构升级效应。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the global economic integration process, the economic ties between countries are increasingly close, and foreign direct investment has become an important engine for the development of the world economy. Since the reform and opening up, Jiangsu's foreign investment has been increasing rapidly, and the industrial structure level in the province has also been rising gradually. Internal correlation? Has the development of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment in the last few decades supported the upgrading of the industrial structure? This is of great significance for Jiangsu Province, which is urgently required to realize the transformation of foreign trade and industrial transformation. At present, the price of raw materials is rising, the rising cost of labor and energy has made the traditional industrial advantage of Jiangsu gradually lost, Jiangsu can Whether the developed countries such as Japan, the United States and other developed countries are used to transfer the traditional industries with the aid of foreign direct investment, dissolve the excess capacity, develop the high-tech industry, and further promote the upgrading of the industrial structure in this province. The three motives of foreign direct investment and the influence factors of industrial structure, analyze the theoretical mechanism of the industrial structure of the investment countries with the three different motives of the market seeking, the resource seeking and the strategic asset seeking. It can be seen that the three kinds of foreign direct investment are mainly through different conduction effects. In different degrees, it affects the country's international trade, domestic investment, technical level, production efficiency and consumption demand, and then affects its industrial structure. Secondly, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the process and scale and main structure of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment, the distribution of industry and the change of location, and summarizes the investment of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment. The main body of the capital is private enterprise mainly, the investment area is mainly concentrated in Asia, the investment industry is mainly distributed in the labor intensive manufacturing industry and the traditional service industry with low technical content. Meanwhile, this paper also makes a concrete analysis on the economic environment of Jiangsu industrial structure adjustment and the present situation of Jiangsu industrial structure, and points out that although the current industry in Jiangsu is within the industry There are still some problems in the structure of the Ministry, but in general, the industrial structure level of Jiangsu is gradually increasing. Thirdly, this paper establishes the regression model and grey relational model, and makes an empirical study on the impact of the scale of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment on the industrial structure and the impact of the distribution of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment industry on the industrial structure. It shows that Jiangsu's foreign direct investment can promote the upgrading of industrial structure, and mainly promote the upgrading of industrial structure through the three routes of export scale, domestic investment and technical level. In addition, the impact of foreign direct investment in different industries on the industrial structure of Jiangsu is different, in which information transmission, computer service and Software industry, construction industry, manufacturing industry, scientific research, technology service and geological exploration industry have great influence on the industrial structure. Finally, according to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions from the two angles of government and enterprises in combination with the development status and industrial characteristics of Jiangsu's foreign direct investment, so as to further develop the output of foreign direct investment in Jiangsu.
