【摘要】：从经济发展看,临夏州经济社会发展的各项指标均较靠后,发展相对落后,但其经济社会发展中也体现自身的特色和优势,近年凭借其自然资源、区位资源、文化资源等优势资源,全州经济体系中也不断出现了一些增长速度较快、带动能力较强、后发优势较明显的发展亮点,有些还进一步发展成为全省乃至全国较知名的特色优势行业。这些特色优势行业数量虽有限,规模尚不大,但却是经济体系中的最活跃因子和增长极,是进一步发挥临夏州经济发展的后发优势、释放赶超效应、缩小发展差距的中坚力量。本文,首先对临夏州三次产业发展的比重、速度和贡献率及发展现状作了介绍。其次,主要采用了区位商截面数据分析方法和偏离份额动态数据的分析方法,对各县市大类产业如第一产业中的农林牧渔业,第二产业中的工业,第三产业中的批发零售、餐饮住宿、旅游业等的优势进行初步的分析,在此基础上尽量细化各类产业的具体生产种类,如将农业细化到小麦、玉米和薯类种植生产上等,进一步研究第一产业的各种产品、第二产业的各种行业和第三产业的各种部门的特色优势,得出了各县市特色产业的空间分布情况。最后,结合特色优势产业的评价结果,分产业部门提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:From the point of view of economic development, each index of economic and social development of Linxia prefecture is relatively backward, but its economic and social development also embodies its own characteristics and advantages. In recent years, it relies on its natural resources and location resources. Cultural resources and other advantageous resources, the state's economic system has also continued to appear in the rapid growth rate, driving capacity is relatively strong, a more obvious advantage in late development bright spots. Some also further developed into the province and even the country's more well-known characteristics of the advantage industry. Although the number of these characteristic industries is limited and the scale is not large, they are the most active factors and growth poles in the economic system, and are the backbone of further exerting the advantages of economic development in Linxia Prefecture, releasing the effect of catching up and surpassing, and narrowing the development gap. Firstly, the paper introduces the proportion, speed, contribution rate and development status of three industries in Linxia Prefecture. Secondly, the section data analysis method of location quotient and the analysis method of dynamic data of deviation share are used to analyze the major industries of counties and cities, such as agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in the primary industry, industry in the secondary industry, wholesale and retail in the tertiary industry. On the basis of preliminary analysis of the advantages of catering, accommodation, tourism, and so on, we will try to refine the specific production types of various industries, such as the refinement of agriculture to the best production of wheat, corn and potato. The special advantages of all kinds of products of the primary industry, of the secondary industry and of the tertiary industry are further studied, and the spatial distribution of the characteristic industries in the counties and cities is obtained. Finally, combined with the evaluation results of characteristic advantage industry, the paper puts forward policy recommendations.
