【摘要】：随着阿克苏地区经济社会的发展，阿克苏地区居民收入有了显著的提高。但是经济高速发展的同时，城乡收入差距和行业间的收入差距日益扩大十分严峻，已成了人们最关心的问题，成了建设和谐社会的最大障碍。本文以阿克苏地区2006-2012年城镇住户入户调查的居民基本信息表及2013年城乡一体化住户入户调查的691户居民基本信息表的数据为样本，运用统计分析理论进行实证分析，分析阿克苏地区城乡住户的经济收入状况及分布；通过计算基尼系数、恩格尔系数和贫困发生率，揭示了阿克苏地区的收入差距事实。在阿克苏地区2006-2012年的各项经济数据和收集的统计数据的基础上，将阿克苏地区城乡收入差距、行业间收入差距进行实证分析，运用定量分析的方法，借助计算机分析软件（Excel,SPSS等），建立经济学模型，计算概率值与显著性，揭示经济活动与收入差距的关系。找出造成收入差距的原因所在。阿克苏地区城乡居民收入呈逐年上升趋势，但城镇居民人均可支配收入的增长幅度远大于农村居民的人均纯收入。阿克苏地区各行业间的收入差距呈逐年扩大的趋势。采用相关分析方法来研究城市化率、工业化水平、固定资产投资及经济发展水平对居民收入差距的影响，研究结论如下：（一）城市化率、工业化水平与城乡居民收入差距呈反比，城市化率和工业化水平较低导致城乡居民收入差距扩大。同样，政府平均化规模对缩小城乡收入差距有积极的作用。（二）经济发展水平、固定资产投资与行业间收入差距呈正比，不合理的贷款和投资结构导致阿克苏地区各行业间收入逐步增大。另外，，城市化率和工业化水平与行业间收入差距呈负相关，对缩小行业间收入差距起积极作用。
[Abstract]:With the economic and social development of Aksu region, the income of Aksu residents has increased significantly. However, with the rapid development of economy, the income gap between urban and rural areas and between industries is becoming more and more serious, which has become the most concerned problem and the biggest obstacle to building a harmonious society. Based on the basic information table of urban households in Aksu region from 2006 to 2012 and the basic information table of 691 households from urban and rural integrated household survey in 2013, this paper uses statistical analysis theory to carry out empirical analysis. This paper analyzes the economic income situation and distribution of urban and rural households in Aksu area, and reveals the fact of income gap in Aksu area by calculating Gini coefficient, Engel coefficient and incidence of poverty. On the basis of the economic data and statistical data collected from 2006 to 2012 in Aksu region, the income gap between urban and rural areas and between industries in Aksu area is analyzed empirically, and the quantitative analysis method is used. With the help of computer analysis software Excel SPSS et al., an economic model is established to calculate the probability value and significance, and to reveal the relationship between economic activity and income gap. Identify the causes of the income gap. The income of urban and rural residents in Aksu region is increasing year by year, but the increase of per capita disposable income of urban residents is far greater than that of rural residents' per capita net income. The income gap between industries in Aksu region is increasing year by year. The effects of urbanization rate, industrialization level, fixed asset investment and economic development level on the income gap of residents are studied by using the method of correlation analysis. The conclusions are as follows: (1) urbanization rate, industrialization level is inversely proportional to income gap between urban and rural residents, and low urbanization rate and industrialization level result in widening income gap between urban and rural residents. Similarly, the average size of the government has a positive effect on narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. (2) the level of economic development, fixed asset investment and income gap between industries are in direct proportion, unreasonable loan and investment structure leads to the gradual increase of income among industries in Aksu area. In addition, the urbanization rate and industrialization level are negatively correlated with the income gap among industries, and play a positive role in narrowing the income gap among industries.
