【摘要】：正长期以来,作为拉动经济发展的"三驾马车"之一,固定资产投资(以下简称投资)一直作为主要动力,在广西经济社会发展进程中起着十分重要的支撑与拉动作用。投资的结构,决定着产业结构的形成与调整优化;投资的规模与水平,左右着经济社会发展的规模与进程;投资的效率,影响着经济发展的质量与效益。2012年以来,中共中央在十八大确定了全面建成小康社会的战略目标后,又陆续就精准扶贫、供给侧结构性改革进行了全面部署。根据中央的要求,广
