基于知识溢出视角的产业集聚对区域创新影响的实证研究

【摘要】：产业的区域集聚作为一个重要的经济现象,在世界经济一体化的今天,这种现象非但没有减弱,反而更加明显。产业集聚可以促进区域内的知识溢出,使集聚区内部企业获得技术创新所需的知识,提升企业的创新能力,这又进一步促使整个集聚区的创新水平得到提升。高技术产业作为先进技术知识的源发点和载体,已成为各国发展经济的战略产业,对经济发展有着巨大的推动作用,对传统产业还有着较强的知识渗透力。通过对高技术产业的产业集聚及区域创新能力进行区域比较研究,有助于中西部地区增强高技术知识溢出效应,提升其区域创新水平和竞争力,推动其经济增长和产业结构升级,有着重要的现实意义。本文在剖析产业集聚和知识溢出相关理论的基础上,分析了基于知识溢出视角的产业集聚对区域创新水平的影响机理,并对我国高技术产业知识溢出的过程作了阐述。进一步的,对我国医药制造业和电子及通信设备制造业的创新现状和集聚现状进行了区域对比分析。在此基础上,针对本文所研究的两类高技术产业构建了知识生产函数模型,利用我国30省市的面板数据分两步进行实证分析。首先,基于全国样本,主要探讨知识溢出的方式对区域创新水平影响存在的行业间差异。其次,对两个产业分东中西三大区域,分别进行了实证回归,对区域创新水平的影响因素及区域差异进行分析。通过对我国两类高技术产业的的省际面板数据进行实证分析,得出主要结论：两类高技术产业在空间分布上不均,都大部分的集聚于东部地区,中西部地区的集聚度较低,专业化溢出对区域创新有积极的促进作用,多样化溢出对区域创新的作用存在行业间差别,研发环境多样化有利于高技术产业区域创新水平的提升,就业密度与创新水平的关系是呈反U型的。
[Abstract]:The regional agglomeration of industry as an important economic phenomenon, in the world economic integration today, this phenomenon has not been weakened, but more obvious. Industrial agglomeration can promote the knowledge spillover in the region, make the enterprises in the agglomeration area acquire the knowledge needed for technological innovation, and promote the innovation ability of the enterprises, which further promotes the innovation level of the whole agglomeration area. As the source and carrier of advanced technological knowledge, high-tech industry has become the strategic industry of developing economy in various countries, which has a great role in promoting economic development and has a strong knowledge penetration force on traditional industry. Through the regional comparative study on the industrial agglomeration and regional innovation ability of high-tech industries, it is helpful to strengthen the spillover effect of high-tech knowledge in the central and western regions, and to enhance the level of regional innovation and competitiveness. Promote its economic growth and industrial structure upgrade, has important practical significance. On the basis of analyzing the relevant theories of industrial agglomeration and knowledge spillover, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on the level of regional innovation from the perspective of knowledge spillover, and expounds the process of knowledge spillover of high-tech industry in China. Furthermore, this paper makes a regional comparative analysis of the innovation and agglomeration status of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry in China. On this basis, the knowledge production function model is constructed for the two kinds of high-tech industries studied in this paper, and the empirical analysis is carried out by using the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China. First of all, based on the national sample, this paper mainly discusses the industry differences of the influence of knowledge spillover on regional innovation level. Secondly, the paper analyzes the influencing factors and regional differences of regional innovation level by empirical regression of the two industries divided into three regions. Through the empirical analysis of the inter-provincial panel data of the two kinds of high-tech industries in China, the main conclusions are as follows: the spatial distribution of the two types of high-tech industries is uneven, most of them are concentrated in the eastern region, and the centrality of the central and western regions is relatively low. The specialization spillover has the positive promotion function to the regional innovation, the diversification spillover has the industry difference to the regional innovation function, the research and development environment diversification is advantageous to the high-tech industry regional innovation level enhancement. The relationship between employment density and innovation level is anti-U-type.
