基于外商直接投资因素的广州产业结构优化研究

【摘要】：随着全球产业链在全球范围内的进一步整合，产业结构优化调整日益成为经济全球化时期国家经济结构调整的重要内容。而外商直接投资作为经济全球化的重要表现形式，日益成为影响东道国产业结构的重要因素。改革开放以来，广州作为对外开放的前沿城市之一，利用优越的区位优势和优惠的引资政策，吸引了大量外资，经济得到了迅速发展。与此同时，广州的产业结构也发生了很大变化。基于此，文章结合广州外商直接投资和产业结构相关数据资料，运用大量图表对比分析了自二十世纪九十年代以来广州引进和利用外资及产业结构的状况和特点，数据显示广州利用外资额逐年增加，广州三次产业的主导地位也由第二产业逐步向第三产业过渡；然后进一步分析外商直接投资在广州三次产业中的分布状况，分析表明外商直接投资的产业分布逐步呈现“三、二、一”的特征，外商直接投资的产业分布与广州产业结构之间存在一定的同步关系。在上述分析的基础上，文章在系统分析了影响产业结构优化因素的前提下，用理论与实际相结合的方法，结合广州实际情况，研究外商直接投资的各种产业结构优化效应，从理论上得出了外商直接投资对广州产业结构优化影响的作用机制。即通过外商直接投资的资本促进效应、技术转移和溢出效应、产业关联效应及竞争和示范效应作用于产业结构优化的影响因素，最终达到影响产业结构的目的。随后文章采用广州1991-2012年相关面板数据，运用实证分析方法，，实证考察了外商直接投资对广州三次产业结构及第三产业内部结构优化的影响效果。实证研究表明，外商直接投资促进了广州三次产业结构及第三产业内部结构的优化。另外，外商直接投资对现代服务业的促进作用大于对传统服务业的促进作用。需要指出的是，外商直接投资对广州产业结构优化的影响具有长期性，说明外商直接投资对广州产业结构优化具有长久的促进作用。文章最后认为，广州应该从进一步加强投资环境建设、优化外商直接投资在产业间分布及增强自主创新能力等方面来进一步提高外商直接投资对广州产业结构优化的作用，从而促进广州经济更快、更好发展。
[Abstract]:With the further integration of the global industrial chain in the global scope, the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure has become an important part of the adjustment of national economic structure in the period of economic globalization. As an important manifestation of economic globalization, foreign direct investment (FDI) has increasingly become an important factor affecting the industrial structure of the host country. Since the reform and opening up, Guangzhou, as one of the frontier cities of opening to the outside world, has attracted a large amount of foreign capital and its economy has been developing rapidly. At the same time, Guangzhou's industrial structure has also undergone great changes. Based on this, this paper combines the data of Guangzhou foreign direct investment and industrial structure, and uses a large number of charts to compare and analyze the status and characteristics of the introduction and utilization of foreign investment and industrial structure in Guangzhou since the 1990s. The data show that the amount of foreign capital utilized in Guangzhou has increased year by year, and the dominant position of the three industries in Guangzhou has gradually shifted from the secondary industry to the tertiary industry; then, the distribution of foreign direct investment in the three industries in Guangzhou has been further analyzed. The analysis shows that the industrial distribution of FDI gradually presents the characteristics of "three, two, one", and there is a certain synchronous relationship between the industrial distribution of FDI and the industrial structure of Guangzhou. On the basis of the above analysis, based on the systematic analysis of the factors affecting the optimization of industrial structure, this paper studies the effects of FDI on industrial structure optimization by combining theory with practice and the actual situation of Guangzhou. The mechanism of the influence of FDI on the industrial structure optimization of Guangzhou is obtained theoretically. That is, through the capital promotion effect of foreign direct investment, technology transfer and spillover effect, industrial association effect and competition and demonstration effect, the influence factors of industrial structure optimization are reached, and finally the purpose of affecting industrial structure is achieved. Then, using the panel data of Guangzhou from 1991 to 2012, the paper empirically investigates the effect of FDI on the optimization of the third industrial structure and the internal structure of the tertiary industry by using the empirical analysis method. The empirical study shows that FDI promotes the optimization of the third industrial structure and the tertiary industry internal structure in Guangzhou. In addition, FDI promotes the modern service industry more than the traditional service industry. It should be pointed out that the influence of foreign direct investment on the industrial structure optimization of Guangzhou is of a long-term nature, which indicates that foreign direct investment can promote the industrial structure optimization of Guangzhou for a long time. Finally, the article holds that Guangzhou should further enhance the role of FDI in Guangzhou's industrial structure optimization from the aspects of further strengthening the investment environment, optimizing the distribution of foreign direct investment among industries and enhancing the ability of independent innovation. Thus promote Guangzhou economy faster, better development.
