基于宏观视角下的山东省城镇居民收入差距研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，山东省经济发展取得了巨大成就，，在1978—2011年间，山东省GDP年均增长率高达17.4%，人民的生活水平得到了极大的提高，居民的物质文化生活日益丰富。与此同时，山东省城镇居民收入差距不断扩大，城镇居民Gini系数近年来保持在0.4以上，超过了国际公认的警戒线，居民收入差距悬殊已成为社会广泛关注的焦点问题。本文采用理论研究与实证分析相结合的方法、从宏观角度研究山东省城镇居民的收入差距问题。理论研究方面，首先研究山东省城镇居民收入差距的特点以及近年来的变化规律，然后分析经济增长、产业结构、教育水平、失业、社会保障这5个方面对山东省城镇居民收入差距所造成的影响。定量分析方面，选取7个最能代表以上5个影响因素的具体指标作为自变量，运用SPSS进行分析，最终得出Gini系数与自变量的表达式，对理论研究进行验证。最后，本文根据研究成果提出缩小城镇居民收入差距的相应对策。本文的主要研究结论是：山东省城镇居民的收入差距与经济发展、产业结构优化程度、失业率呈正相关关系，同时，与教育支出、社会保障支出呈负相关关系。因此，要缩小城镇居民收入差距，一方面要促进经济增长，调整产业结构，减小失业率，另一方面还要大力发展教育事业、完善社会保障机制。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Shandong Province has made great achievements in economic development. From 1978 to 2011, the average annual growth rate of GDP in Shandong Province is as high as 17.4%, the living standard of the people has been greatly improved, and the material and cultural life of the residents has become increasingly rich. At the same time, the income gap of urban residents in Shandong Province continues to expand, and the Gini coefficient of urban residents has been kept above 0. 4 in recent years, which exceeds the internationally recognized warning line. In this paper, the income gap of urban residents in Shandong Province is studied from a macro perspective by the method of combining theoretical research with empirical analysis. In terms of theoretical research, we first studied the characteristics of the income gap among urban residents in Shandong Province and its changing laws in recent years, and then analyzed economic growth, industrial structure, educational level, unemployment, The impact of social security on the income gap of urban residents in Shandong Province. In terms of quantitative analysis, seven specific indexes which can represent more than five influencing factors are selected as independent variables, and the expression of Gini coefficient and independent variable is obtained by using SPSS, and the theoretical research is verified. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to narrow the income gap of urban residents. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the income gap of urban residents in Shandong Province is positively related to economic development, industrial structure optimization, unemployment rate, and negatively related to education expenditure and social security expenditure. Therefore, to narrow the income gap of urban residents, on the one hand, we must promote economic growth, adjust the industrial structure, reduce the unemployment rate, on the other hand, we should vigorously develop education and improve the social security mechanism.
