蒙中资源类产品贸易与投资合作研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化趋势的深入发展和国际产业结构的加快调整，蒙中经济已经进入快速发展期。互利共赢的蒙中资源类产品贸易和投资合作不仅造福于两地人民，而且也能促进东北亚地区乃至全球的经济增长。而且当前中国GDP总量已经跃居世界第二，外汇储备也是世界名列前茅，有着充裕的资本基础，在中国的经济发展过程中对资源性产品的需求量势必不断增加，而蒙古又有着充分的资源性产品，对外汇的需求也在不断增加，二者在资源性产品贸易与投资合作方面一定会有大的发展。 本文是在介绍蒙中资源类产品贸易与投资合作现状的基础上，，对两国资源类产品（包括煤炭、石油等等）的贸易与投资合作对双方的利弊都进行了分析的背景下，针对双方当前贸易和各国经济发展的现状，提出了进一步促进蒙中双方资源类产品贸易与投资合作的相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of economic globalization and the acceleration of adjustment of international industrial structure, Mongolian and Chinese economy has entered a period of rapid development. The mutually beneficial trade and investment cooperation of resources products between Mongolia and China not only benefits the people of the two places, but also promotes the economic growth of Northeast Asia and even the whole world. Moreover, at present, China's total GDP has leapt to the second largest in the world, and its foreign exchange reserves are among the highest in the world, with an abundant capital base. The demand for resource-based products is bound to continue to increase in the course of China's economic development. Mongolia also has abundant resource products, and the demand for foreign exchange is also increasing, both of them will have great development in resource product trade and investment cooperation. On the basis of introducing the present situation of trade and investment cooperation of resources products between Mongolia and China, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the trade and investment cooperation of resources products (including coal, oil, etc.) between the two countries. In view of the current situation of bilateral trade and the economic development of various countries, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions for further promoting the trade and investment cooperation of resources products between Mongolia and China.
