长江经济带经济发展-创新能力-生态环境耦合协调发展研究

【摘要】：在阐述经济发展-创新能力-生态环境交互协调发展作用机理的基础上,构建综合评价指标体系,借助物理耦合度模型和耦合协调度数学模型,对长江经济带11省市近10年的省际面板数据进行实证分析。研究表明流域考察期内的整体发展属于初级耦合协调阶段,具体表现在区域间协调度低,区域内经济、创新、生态三系统间发展不均衡:东部3省市耦合协调度高,系统间呈良性共振发展;中西部省市耦合协调度偏低,部分省市经济和环境的发展曲线异向运行趋势显著,粗放式经济发展模式与地区生态环境承载力不匹配;个别区域的创新能力对经济和生态的支撑作用仍不明显,其发展的"孤岛"态势造成对其他系统的溢出效能甚微,对优化产业结构、反哺经济和环境的能力较弱。
[Abstract]:On the basis of expounding the mechanism of interactive and coordinated development of economic development, innovation ability and ecological environment, the comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed, and the physical coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree mathematical model are used. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the provincial panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the past 10 years. The study shows that the whole development in the period of river basin investigation belongs to the stage of primary coupling and coordination, which is manifested in low degree of inter-regional coordination, regional economy, innovation, and unbalanced development among the three ecological systems: the three provinces and cities in the east have a high degree of coupling and coordination. The degree of coupling and coordination between central and western provinces and cities is low, the development curve of economy and environment of some provinces and cities is obvious in the opposite direction, and the extensive economic development model does not match the ecological environment carrying capacity of the region. The innovation ability of some regions has little support to economy and ecology, and the development of "isolated island" has little spillover effect to other systems, and is weak to optimize industrial structure and feed economy and environment.
