台湾地区生物经济发展战略比较及启示——基于政策视角

【摘要】：随着人口老龄化、健康医疗、环保等问题的出现,美国、OECD和台湾等地纷纷根据自身特点制定了各自生物经济发展方案,希望通过生物技术创新促进相关产业发展,进而带动经济增长,增加人民福利。通过比较台湾地区与部分发达国家生物经济发展战略及特点,为大陆生物经济发展战略的制定提供有益借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of aging population, health care, environmental protection and other issues, the United States, OECD and Taiwan have formulated their own biological and economic development plans according to their own characteristics, hoping to promote the development of related industries through biotechnology innovation. This will lead to economic growth and increase the welfare of the people. By comparing the development strategies and characteristics of biological economy between Taiwan and some developed countries, this paper provides a useful reference for the formulation of biological economy development strategy in mainland China.
