美国经济长期性停滞:现状、根源及对策分析

【摘要】：美国经济的长期性停滞令人沮丧,但并非无法改变的宿命。从理论层面看,美国的经济学家在分析美国经济长期性停滞的根源的基础之上,提出了一系列应对方案,其实质是:通过矫正经济政策的缺陷,实施恰当的政策组合,进而改进供给侧与需求侧的管理,从而摆脱经济长期性停滞困局。从政策层面看,未来几年,美国为了摆脱经济长期性停滞的风险,可行的选择是增加基础设施投资、提高投资率与刺激出口。
[Abstract]:The long-term stagnation of the United States economy is frustrating, but it is not an irrevocable fate. On the theoretical level, American economists put forward a series of countermeasures on the basis of analyzing the root causes of the long-term stagnation of American economy. The essence of the solutions is to carry out the appropriate policy combination by correcting the defects of economic policies. Then improve the supply-side and demand-side management, so as to get rid of the long-term stagnation of the economy. At the policy level, in the next few years, in order to get rid of the risk of long-term economic stagnation, the viable option is to increase infrastructure investment, increase investment rates and stimulate exports.
