要素自由流动与可持续发展关系分析

【摘要】：要素自由流动和可持续发展并不矛盾,但在资本主义生产方式下,这种流动与财富的可持续发展是相互对立的,容易造成落后区域和发展中国家"资源诅咒"的困境。如果不改变资本主义生产方式,就很难实现财富的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:There is no contradiction between the free flow of elements and sustainable development, but under the capitalist mode of production, this kind of flow and the sustainable development of wealth are opposed to each other, which can easily lead to the dilemma of "resource curse" in backward regions and developing countries. If the capitalist mode of production is not changed, it is difficult to achieve the sustainable development of wealth.
