技术传播视角下“一带一路”重点行业领域企业外语需求研究

随着2013年“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”(简称“一带一路”)的出台,中国企业进入了“走出去”的新阶段。随着“一带一路”建设不断深入,企业外语需求和语言人才需求必将不断增加。然而,我国现有研究缺乏对企业外语人才需求的剖析,特别是在“一带一路”背景下重点行业领域技术传播人才需求的研究与分析。本研究以“一带一路”倡议相关的重点行业领域所无法回避的工作领域——技术传播为例,试图探索当前参与“一带一路”建设的企业对期望进入技术传播领域工作的外语人才所提出的需求和具体技能要求,以期为高校外语教学提供有意义的可靠数据参考。本研究以访谈形式调查了10名企业技术传播工作人员、10位英语专业研究生和本科高年级学生以及9位高校英语专业教师。这些访谈旨在调查企业在技术传播领域外语人才方面的需求和具体要求,了解高校教师和学生对技术传播教育的理解和期望。主要研究结果如下:第一,“一带一路”建设和发展对外语人才的需求不断增加。本研究访谈结果显示,在“一带一路”重点行业领域的技术传播工作中,外语人才不仅需要有扎实的语言基本功,还需要掌握与技术传播职业沟通相关的综合技能,同时还需有灵活运用强大逻辑思维的...
