政府审计视角下国企管理层舞弊问题思考——以皖江物流公司为例

【摘要】：随着市场竞争的日益激烈,国企改革进入关键时期;然而,在政府审计中国有企业暴露出了贪污、舞弊等问题,不仅扰乱了市场秩序,损害了投资者利益,同时还威胁到国家经济安全。本文以皖江物流为例,利用舞弊三角理论分析了管理层舞弊的动因;通过同行业对比,进一步探究了舞弊识别的方法,并提出了应对措施,旨在发挥政府审计在国家治理中的基石与保障作用。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the reform of state-owned enterprises has entered a critical period. However, in the government audit, the state-owned enterprises exposed the problems of corruption and fraud, which not only disturbed the market order, damaged the interests of investors, but also threatened the national economic security. Taking Wanjiang logistics as an example, this paper analyzes the causes of management fraud by using the theory of fraud triangle. Through the comparison of the same industry, this paper further probes into the method of fraud identification, and puts forward some countermeasures in order to give play to the cornerstone and guarantee function of government audit in national governance.
