上市公司股权并购与重组研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的不断发展,我国企业相继出现了公司并购的现象,并且这种状况还在频繁出现。目前我国已经成为亚洲第三大并购市场,而且我国的并购速度还在不断加快,同时近年来外资并购也融入了我国的企业并购市场。本文则针对上市公司股权的并购与重组进行研究,并提出了一些看法。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, the phenomenon of merger and acquisition has appeared in succession, and this situation still appears frequently.At present, China has become the third largest M & A market in Asia, and the speed of M & A in China is still accelerating. At the same time, foreign M & A has been integrated into the M & A market of Chinese enterprises in recent years.This paper studies the M & A and reorganization of listed companies, and puts forward some views.
