从世界格局看中国文化产业的发展

【摘要】：在全球化快速发展的今天,文化在经济社会生活中的地位日益重要。世界文化产业发展十分迅速,已成为提升国家综合竞争力的战略,也成为应对危机促进经济复苏以及加快产业转型升级的重点。我国拥有丰富的文化资源,但并没有转化为文化生产力。文化是国家综合实力的重要组成部分,文化产业是发展先进文化的重要途径。中国文化产业亟须破除计划体制对文化产业发展的束缚,将文化资源优势转化成文化产业胜势,并增加文化产业的科技创造含量。为此,我们需要:深化文化体制改革,激发文化产业发展活力;推进文化科技创新,实现文化产业融合发展;实施文化资源转化战略,促进文化产业创新发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization, culture is playing an increasingly important role in the economic and social life. The world cultural industry has developed very rapidly and has become a strategy to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the country. China has abundant cultural resources, but it has not been transformed into cultural productivity. Culture is an important part of the comprehensive strength of the country. Cultural industry is an important way to develop advanced culture. Therefore, we need to deepen the reform of the cultural system and stimulate the vitality of the development of the cultural industry; Promoting cultural science and technology innovation and realizing the integration and development of cultural industry; Implement the strategy of transforming cultural resources to promote the innovation and development of cultural industry.
