企业网络关系的动态演化路径及其响应方式——基于艺术机构的对比案例研究

【摘要】：采用案例研究方法研究了企业网络关系的动态演化路径和权变式、悖论式响应方式的作用机理,构建了理论模型并提出了相关命题。结果显示:在"聚焦—扩散"的网络关系演化过程中,权变式和悖论式响应方式均对艺术机构的学术发展和市场发展有推动作用,其中前者的推动作用大于后者;在"扩散—收缩"的网络关系演变过程中,权变式响应方式阻碍了艺术机构的学术发展和市场发展,但悖论式反之,此时悖论式优于权变式。
[Abstract]:Using the case study method, the paper studies the dynamic evolution path of enterprise network relationship and the action mechanism of contingency and paradox response mode. The theoretical model is constructed and the related propositions are put forward. The results show that in the evolution of the "focus-diffusion" network relationship, both contingency and paradoxical response modes have a positive effect on the academic and market development of art institutions. In the evolution of "diffusion-contraction" network relationship, contingency response hinders the academic development and market development of art institutions, but paradoxical mode is better than contingency type.
