【摘要】：动漫产业作为21世纪的“绿色”产业,除了成长速度极快、利润回报极高、爆发力极强和产业关联度极大以外,还具有资源消耗少、能耗低、无污染等特点,因此各国都极力推动发展,中国也不例外。湖南动漫曾作为全国动漫产业的“领头羊”,随着其他省份的迅猛追赶以及自身发展存在的一些问题,其优势地位并没有得以持续。因此,对湖南动漫产业进行深入的研究具有重要的现实意义,而从创意价值链组织模式这个全新的视角切入必将有不同的收获。本文的研究内容包括以下几个部分:首先,本文通过广泛参考国内外文献和资料,对动漫产业、创意价值链及创意价值链组织模式等内容进行理论分析。其次,通过查阅资料、深度访谈等方式对湖南省动漫产业及组织模式发展现状进行了解和分析,发现现阶段湖南动漫产业创意价值链组织模式存在以下问题:优秀的原创作品输出少、制播或出版矛盾突出、衍生品开发环节薄弱、产业内企业合作不足以及产业内分工不明确等。再次,为找到湖南动漫产业组织模式发展过程中现存问题的原因和影响其发展的关键因素,采用了专家深度访谈和实地调研相结合的研究方法。访谈结果表明上述问题是由于缺乏流畅的沟通和合作、缺乏统一的领导和规划、缺乏有力的监管和完善的法律环境以及缺乏完备的人才体系支撑造成的。实证调研则得出从业人员创新能力、高校与文化机构活跃程度以及产业内企业分工是影响湖南动漫产业组织模式发展的关键因素。最后,通过借鉴国际典型的动漫产业组织模式的发展经验,并结合湖南的现实情况,提出优化湖南动漫产业创意价值链组织模式的对策建议。
[Abstract]:As a "green" industry in the 21st century, animation industry has the characteristics of low resource consumption, low energy consumption and no pollution, in addition to its rapid growth rate, extremely high profit return, extremely strong explosive power and great industrial correlation. Therefore, all countries are striving to promote development, and China is no exception. Hunan animation was once the "leader" of the national animation industry. With the rapid catch-up of other provinces and some problems existing in their own development, Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the animation industry in Hunan in depth. But from the creative value chain organization pattern this brand-new angle of view will have the different harvest. The research content of this article includes the following several parts: first, this article through the extensive reference domestic and foreign literature and the material, to the animation industry, The content of creative value chain and creative value chain organization model are analyzed theoretically. Secondly, through consulting materials, in-depth interviews and other ways to understand and analyze the current situation of animation industry and organization model in Hunan Province. It is found that there are the following problems in the creative value chain organization mode of Hunan animation industry at present: the excellent original works are few, the contradictions of production, broadcasting and publishing are prominent, and the development of derivatives is weak. Third, in order to find the causes of the existing problems in the development of Hunan animation industry organization model and the key factors affecting its development, The results of the interviews show that these problems are due to the lack of smooth communication and cooperation, lack of unified leadership and planning, The lack of strong supervision and perfect legal environment and the lack of the support of a complete talent system. The active degree of universities and cultural institutions and the division of labor among enterprises are the key factors influencing the development of Hunan animation industry organization mode. Combined with the reality of Hunan Province, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the creative value chain organization mode of Hunan animation industry.
