北京市文化产业与科技融合的对策研究

【摘要】：文化产业与科技融合，是高新技术向文化领域的选择性切入。互联网、数字化、多媒体等现代高科技的广泛运用，从各个方面影响了文化产业的发展，提升了文化领域的科技含量和技术水平，创新了文化产业的创作模式、传播模式、发展模式、服务模式和管理模式。自20世纪80年代起，欧美发达国家就开始探讨文化产业与科技的融合，时至今日，文化产业与科技融合已经成为当前社会文化发展的必然趋势，是现代社会进入一个新的历史阶段的重要标志，是整个人类文明发展的永恒命题。两者的融合，不仅会极大的促进文化与科技的创新，从而推动文化产业结构的调整，带动经济的持续快速发展，而且有利于提升文化内涵，增强文化的表现力、传播力、影响力和竞争力。党的十八大报告提出，促进文化和科技融合，发展新型文化业态，提高文化产业规模化、集约化、专业化水平。我国的文化产业与科技融合得到了前所未有的重视。北京作为我国的文化中心和科技中心，不仅拥有丰富的文化资源，完备的文化设施，活跃的文化市场，而且科技资源丰富，科研机构众多，科研实力雄厚，科研成果丰硕，在推动文化产业与科技融合方面，北京具有得天独厚的优势，，也肩负着义不容辞的责任。本文从北京市文化产业与科技融合的现状入手，分析北京文化产业与科技融合存在的问题及原因，在借鉴国发达国家成功经验的同时，有针对性的提出符合北京实际情况的促进文化产业与科技融合的对策建议。
