中国电影产业资本运营策略研究

【摘要】：电影产业因其突出的文化属性以及商业属性而成为文化产业的核心组成部分，，对于整个社会的经济和文化发展具有强大的推动力。在各国纷纷强调发展“文化软实力”的今天，着力促进中国电影产业的发展，不仅对文化产业的繁荣具有积极意义，更重要的是能够提升中国的文化“软实力”。在当今“大电影”时代，电影产业的规模化发展离不开资本运营。因此，如何完善电影产业的资本运营体系，成为推动中国电影产业大发展大繁荣所面临的重要课题。中国电影产业资本运营的真正起步是在加入世界贸易组织以后，随着市场经济体制的逐步确立，中国电影业开始走上产业化改革的道路，本文即主要探讨入世以来中国电影产业资本运营的基本现状，并针对目前存在的问题提出优化策略。随着政策层面的逐步放开，中国电影产业资本运营在入世以来先后经历了政府主导下的政策放开阶段、政策支持下的蓬勃发展阶段以及市场调节下的逐步整合阶段。然而，中国电影产业资本运营目前依然存在着诸多方面的问题：政策环境不成熟，运营体系不健全，业外资金进入面临多方规制，缺乏复合型的投资管理人才，以及电影产业参与资本运营的范围有限等等。这些问题都成为了制约中国电影产业资本运营进一步发展的主要瓶颈。中国电影产业资本运营要取得健康发展，需要积极借鉴美国等电影产业资本运营成熟国家的经验，制定出中国电影产业的资本运营策略，即健全电影产业资本运营的政策法规体系；多方利用中介机构的服务功能；多元化开辟融资渠道；加大政府扶持力度；融入国际电影产业资本市场；创新人才培养模式以及创新资本运营模式。
[Abstract]:The film industry has become the core part of the cultural industry because of its outstanding cultural attributes and commercial attributes, and has a strong impetus for the economic and cultural development of the whole society. Today, countries have emphasized the development of "cultural soft power". Focusing on promoting the development of China's film industry is not only of positive significance to the prosperity of the cultural industry, but more importantly, it can enhance the "soft power" of Chinese culture. Therefore, how to perfect the capital operation system of the film industry has become an important subject to promote the great development and prosperity of China's film industry. The real starting point of the capital operation of China's film industry is that after joining the World Trade Organization, with the gradual establishment of the market economy system, the Chinese film industry has begun to embark on the road of industrialization reform. This paper mainly discusses the basic situation of the capital operation of China's film industry since China's entry into the WTO, and puts forward some optimization strategies for the existing problems. Since China's entry into WTO, the capital operation of China's film industry has experienced the stage of policy liberalization, the vigorous development supported by policy, and the gradual integration under market regulation. At present, there are still many problems in the capital operation of Chinese film industry: the policy environment is not mature, the operation system is not perfect, the entry of off-industry funds is faced with various regulations, and there is a lack of complex investment management personnel. As well as the limited scope of the film industry to participate in the capital operation and so on, these problems have become the main bottleneck restricting the further development of the capital operation of China's film industry. In order to achieve a healthy development of China's film industry capital operation, it is necessary to actively draw lessons from the experience of mature countries such as the United States of America, and formulate the capital operation strategy of China's film industry. That is, perfecting the policy and regulation system of the capital operation of the film industry, making use of the service function of the intermediary institution in many ways, opening up the financing channel in a diversified way, increasing the government support, integrating into the international film industry capital market; Innovative talent training model and innovative capital operation model.
