天津东疆文化产业园淡季经营对策研究

【摘要】：旅游业被誉为“朝阳”产业,是目前世界上最具活力的产业之一,世界各国对旅游业的重视程度不断提高,许多著名旅游城市,已经把旅游业作为重要的支柱性产业,从政府、企业到城市居民都积极配合,采用各种手段和宣传方式促进旅游业的发展。天津是一个具有深厚文化底蕴的城市,天津市政府同样也非常重视旅游产业的开发,在有关文件中明确指出要以中心城区和滨海新区核心区为节点,打造多个文化创意产业示范园区,整体包装宣传天津的文化旅游资源和产品,形成新的文化旅游热点。2010年7月,历经四年筹备,天津港东疆湾景区投入试运行,系我国最大的人造沙滩景区。同年,天津东疆文化产业园以天津港东疆湾景区为依托拟建立,其定位和发展已被纳入天津港文化产业发展纲要。东疆湾沙滩景区是产业园区内季节性最突出的景点,也是知名度最高的景点,导致整个产业园区的淡旺季不平衡现象十分突出,给产业园区的旅游业发展造成了很大影响,主要包括：一是淡季资源及设施的闲置；二是影响环境的可持续发展；三是降低了游客的满意度；四是形成了“淡季”的固定思维。本文的研究目的旨在结合产业园区的实际情况,探讨出缓解这种淡旺季差异的有效途径。本课题的研究具有理论基础和现实意义。本文研究的理论基础包括可持续发展理论、经济效益理论、旅游区域理论及旅游市场需求理论,运用了文献分析法、实证分析法、系统研究法等,对旅游季节性概念、产生的原因、影响等进行了总结分析,在对产业园区旅游发展现状、优势和不足等分析的基础上,提出了两套解决方案：一是不过分依赖海水资源,与周边景区互动,把产业园区做为滨海新区精品旅游路线中的一环,开发多元化的旅游项目；二是挖掘自身亮点,加强管理力度,通过媒体、多方营销进行淡季宣传。
[Abstract]:Tourism is regarded as the "sunrise" industry and is one of the most dynamic industries in the world at present. Many countries in the world pay more and more attention to tourism. Many famous tourist cities have regarded tourism as an important pillar industry from the government. Enterprises to urban residents actively cooperate, using various means and publicity to promote the development of tourism. Tianjin is a city with profound cultural heritage. The Tianjin municipal government also attaches great importance to the development of the tourism industry. In the relevant documents, it is clearly pointed out that the central urban area and the core area of Binhai New area should be taken as the nodes. Create several cultural and creative industry demonstration parks, promote Tianjin's cultural tourism resources and products as a whole, and form new cultural tourism hotspots. In July 2010, after four years of preparation, Tianjin Port Dongjiang Bay Scenic spot was put into trial operation. In the same year, Tianjin Dongjiang Cultural Industry Park was established on the basis of Tianjin Port Dongjiang Bay Scenic area, and its orientation and development have been included in the Tianjin Port Cultural Industry Development Program. Dongjiang Bay Beach Scenic spot is the seasonal most prominent spot in the industrial park, and also the most well-known scenic spot, which leads to the imbalance of the whole industrial park in the light and peak season, which has a great impact on the tourism development of the industrial park. It mainly includes: first, idle resources and facilities in off-season; second, affecting the sustainable development of the environment; third, reducing the satisfaction of tourists; The purpose of this paper is to explore an effective way to alleviate the difference between the low season and the peak season according to the actual situation of the industrial park. The research of this paper has theoretical foundation and practical significance. The theoretical basis of this paper includes sustainable development theory, economic benefit theory, tourism region theory and tourism market demand theory. Based on the analysis of the present situation, advantages and disadvantages of tourism development in industrial parks, two solutions are put forward: one is not to rely too much on sea water resources, and to interact with the surrounding scenic spots. The industrial park is regarded as a link in the high-quality tourism route of Binhai New area to develop diversified tourism projects. Second, it is necessary to excavate its own bright spots, strengthen management, and carry out off-season propaganda through media and multi-marketing.
