对当前我国电影票价合理性的思考

【摘要】：2011年,我国电影行业年度票房为131.15亿,相比去年增长了近30亿,票房总量已经接近北美票房的六分之一,成为全球电影票房最高的前十个国家之一。由此可见随着经济的发展、电影制作放映技术的进步、人们对于文化产品需求的增长,我国电影产业得以迅猛发展,但是百亿票房并不能遮盖电影产业发展过程中日益凸显的诸多问题。我国电影行业经历了从计划经济下电影的统购统销、中影公司的全国性垄断经营,到对民营资本、外资的产业进入限制的放宽,再到院线制的确立等一系列转变后,我国电影产业的产业链各环节的市场结构等也随之发生了明显的变化。电影票价随着电影产业的相关变化也出现了巨大的波动,电影观影数量在总量和人均量上也都随着票价出现了波动。我们应当意识到高票价一方面带动着高票房的产生,另一方面高票价也将大部分观影人群排挤出电影市场。由此可见当前电影的高票价日渐成为制约我国电影业发展的一个重要因素,如何制定合理的电影票价也就成为电影产业发展中必须要解决的问题。本文拟首先对当前我国电影产业相关运作机制和现状进行梳理的基础上着重对电影票价的制定等进行介绍,再通过对我国当前电影票价与当前收入水平的占比这一指标同其他国家的对比,以及我国各历史阶段该指标的对比对当前我国电影票价的合理性进行分析论证,接下来通过对供求、电影产业链各环节的市场结构行为、政府政策等方面就电影票价产生影响的因素进行深入分析,针对电影高票价的成因,着重基于提升电影产业产业链各环节的竞争程度这一视角对电影票价的合理制定提出相应的对策和政策建议。
[Abstract]:In 2011, the annual box office of China's film industry was 13.115 billion, an increase of nearly 3 billion compared with last year. The total box office volume has reached nearly 1/6 in North America, making it one of the top 10 countries in the world with the highest box office sales in the world. It can be seen that with the development of the economy, With the development of film production and projection technology and the increase of people's demand for cultural products, the film industry in China has developed rapidly, but the 10 billion box office can not cover up many problems in the process of development of film industry. The film industry in China has experienced a series of changes from the monopoly of films under the planned economy, the nationwide monopoly operation of the China Film Company, the relaxation of restrictions on the entry of private capital and foreign capital industries, and the establishment of the hospital line system. The market structure of various links in the industry chain of the film industry in our country has also changed obviously. With the related changes in the film industry, there have also been huge fluctuations in movie ticket prices. The number of movies has fluctuated with the ticket price, both in total and per capita amount. We should realize that high ticket prices on the one hand drive the production of high box office. On the other hand, high ticket prices have also pushed most of the audience out of the film market. Thus, it can be seen that the current high ticket prices of films are increasingly becoming an important factor restricting the development of the film industry in China. How to make a reasonable ticket price has become a problem that must be solved in the development of film industry. This paper first intends to comb the current operating mechanism and current situation of the film industry in China, and then focus on the establishment of film ticket prices and so on. Through the comparison of the ratio of the current movie ticket price and the current income level between China and other countries, and the comparison of this index in each historical stage of our country, the rationality of the current movie ticket price in China is analyzed and proved. Then, through the in-depth analysis of the factors influencing the movie ticket price from the aspects of supply and demand, the market structure behavior of various links in the film industry chain, government policies, and so on, aiming at the causes of the high ticket price of the film, Based on the view of improving the competitive degree of each link of the industry chain of the film industry, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and policy suggestions for the reasonable formulation of the movie ticket price.
