浙江省台州市文化创意产业集聚区旧厂房改造设计—1号地块电子商务园

【摘要】：随着时代的发展,我国经济的提升非常的快速,新兴产业不断涌出,旧产业逐渐被淘汰。浙江省台州市内,在城市化不断扩张的情况下,有一批原本处于城市郊区的旧工厂现在变成城市的重要节点占据了大量的土地针,台州市顺应时代发展所需,欲将工厂东迁。那么,将会留下一批建于上世纪八九十年代的厂房。这批厂房质量较好,未达使用年限。台州市政府响应国家"退二进三"的政策,欲将该片厂房打造成创意产业集聚区。其中1号地块功能已经限定为电子商务园区,并欲将1号地块作为试点推行,我的毕业设计就是对1号地块进行改造。电子商务在最近十多年的发展十分的迅速,是新兴产业的重要组成。对电子商务而言,办公的空间会有特殊的要求,良好的电子商务园区规划能够对电子商务有很积极的正面作用。近些年,全国各个地区尤其是长三角地区建设了大批量的电子商务园,在使用中逐渐暴露出一些问题。本次设计,应该合理的规划好园区的功能来满足电子商务的需要,规避前面园区建设中出现的问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, China's economic upgrading is very fast, emerging industries continue to flow out, the old industries are gradually eliminated. In Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, with the continuous expansion of urbanization, a number of old factories in the suburbs of the city have now become important nodes of the city, occupying a large number of land needles. Taizhou conforms to the needs of the development of the times and wants to move the factories eastward. Then there will be a number of factories built in the 1980s and 1990s. These factories are of good quality and do not reach their useful life. Taizhou municipal government, in response to the national policy of "retreating two into three", wants to build the film into a creative industry agglomeration zone. The function of site 1 has been limited to e-commerce park, and I want to carry out site 1 as a pilot project, my graduation project is to transform site 1. E-commerce develops very fast in the last ten years, it is the important composition of new industry. For electronic commerce, office space will have special requirements, good planning of electronic commerce park can have a very positive effect on electronic commerce. In recent years, a large number of e-commerce parks have been built in various regions of the country, especially in the Yangtze River Delta. In this design, the function of the park should be properly planned to meet the needs of electronic commerce and avoid the problems in the construction of the former park.
