创意产业集群发展中的政府行为研究

【摘要】：创意经济时代已经到来,创意产业的迅猛发展形成了一股巨大的创意经济浪潮。尤其是伴随着城市功能的不断完善,创意产业集群化已经成为当前创意产业发展的一大趋势,其中政府无疑对集群的形成和发展发挥着重要的作用。本文在对创意产业集群中政府行为的必要性进行分析的基础上,探讨了在创意产业集群发展的不同阶段应该如何正确发挥政府的行政引导作用。
[Abstract]:The era of creative economy has arrived, and the rapid development of creative industry has formed a huge wave of creative economy. Especially with the continuous improvement of urban functions, the cluster of creative industries has become a major trend of the development of creative industries, in which the government undoubtedly plays an important role in the formation and development of the clusters. Based on the analysis of the necessity of government behavior in creative industrial clusters, this paper discusses how to give full play to the role of government administration guidance in different stages of the development of creative industrial clusters.
