文化消费质量的内容及提高途径研究

【摘要】：文化消费质量问题正日益受到关注,但梳理相关文献可以发现,关于文化消费质量的已有研究严重欠缺。一是缺少对文化消费质量影响因素的研究分析,二是缺少对文化消费质量内涵的深入刻画,三是缺乏文化消费质量评价指标体系方面的成果,无法对文化消费质量进行测度,四是没有形成提高文化消费质量的系统性对策。因此,深入开展文化消费质量研究意义重大。首先,提高文化消费质量能促进经济健康发展,其次,提高文化消费质量能提高人的素质,最后,提高文化消费能促进社会进步。本文首先尝试从居民收入水平、居民收入差距、文化产品和服务的价格、文化公共服务基础设施、文化市场发展状况及消费者素质等六个方面来分析文化消费质量的影响因素,并构建了以上六个方面的多项具体指标进行分析。利用主成分分析法,结合2001-2013年相关数据,研究发现,居民收入及文化消费市场发展情况、文化产品及服务价格和文化馆建设情况是影响我国文化消费质量的主要因素。本文又尝试以人均文化消费水平、文化消费占总消费支出的比重、文化消费与收入的匹配度、文化消费的内部结构、文化消费的差异以及文化消费的成本与消费效果等六个维度对文化消费质量的科学内涵进行刻画,并相应构建了文化消费质量的描述性评价指标体系。通过测度发现,2001-2013年我国居民文化消费质量指数总的趋势是持续上升的,个别年份因故出现过下降,居民文化消费质量的提升空间还很大。最后,综合各项研究结果,本人认为,提高居民文化消费质量应着重从消费者、文化企业、政府和文化市场四个角度来探究提升文化消费质量的具体途径
[Abstract]:The problem of cultural consumption quality has been paid more and more attention, but it can be found that there is a serious lack of research on cultural consumption quality. The first is the lack of research and analysis on the factors affecting the quality of cultural consumption, the second is the lack of in-depth depiction of the connotation of the quality of cultural consumption, the third is the lack of achievements in the evaluation index system of the quality of cultural consumption, which is unable to measure the quality of cultural consumption. Fourth, there are no systematic countermeasures to improve the quality of cultural consumption. Therefore, the development of cultural consumption quality research is of great significance. Firstly, to improve the quality of cultural consumption can promote the healthy development of economy, secondly, to improve the quality of cultural consumption can improve the quality of people, and finally, to improve the quality of cultural consumption can promote social progress. This paper first tries to analyze the influencing factors of cultural consumption quality from six aspects: income level, income gap, price of cultural products and services, infrastructure of cultural public service, development of cultural market and quality of consumers. And constructed the above six aspects of a number of specific indicators for analysis. Based on the principal component analysis method and the relevant data from 2001 to 2013, it is found that the development of residents' income and cultural consumption market, the price of cultural products and services and the construction of cultural centers are the main factors affecting the quality of cultural consumption in China. This paper also tries to use the level of per capita cultural consumption, the proportion of cultural consumption to total consumption expenditure, the matching degree between cultural consumption and income, and the internal structure of cultural consumption. The differences of cultural consumption and the cost and effect of cultural consumption are six dimensions to describe the scientific connotation of cultural consumption quality, and the descriptive evaluation index system of cultural consumption quality is constructed accordingly. It is found that the general trend of the cultural consumption quality index of Chinese residents from 2001 to 2013 is continuously rising, and it has declined for some reasons in individual years, and there is still great room for the improvement of the quality of residents' cultural consumption. Finally, synthesizing the research results, I think that to improve the quality of cultural consumption of residents should focus on the consumer, cultural enterprises, the government and the cultural market to explore the specific ways to improve the quality of cultural consumption.
