历史文化街区创意生态健康评价研究

【摘要】：创意经济已经成为21世纪的焦点经济。自从我国发展创意经济以来,已经成为我国新的经济增长极。笔者认为应该从一个更大的视野来审视创意经济的发展,即创意生态。用生态的视角来研究创意经济,能够在生态的、系统的站位上综合考虑创意生态的各个要素和环境及其相互关系,对正确认识创意经济及其发展规律具有重要意义。 历史文化街区是我国创意经济的主要依附地,历史文化街区创意经济是我国创意经济重要的组成部分。由是,本文把研究点落实到历史文化街区创意生态,对创意生态进行定义,分析历史文化街区创意生态构成要素和生态作用机制,构建历史文化街区创意生态健康评价指标体系和评价模型,并以福州三坊七巷为例,进行了评价并提出三坊七巷创意生态优化建议。综此,本文基于生态视角,通过评判历史文化街区的创意生态健康状况,为历史文化街区创意经济发展提供新的思路与建议。 本文共分为以下5个部分： 第一部分：创意生态理论基础介绍和创意生态相关概念界定。阐述了本文生物隐喻方法的理论基石,包括自然生态系统理论、新经济增长理论和创意经济理论。从创意经济的内涵出发,分析了创意经济分类、特征,用生物隐喻的方法描述了创意生态的定义和基本轮廓。 第二部分：历史文化街区创意生态的分析。追溯了历史文化街区创意生态的形成,对历史文化街区创意生态进行了定义,详细分析了其构成要素,解析了历史文化街区创意生态生物与生物、生物与环境的作用机制,描绘了历史文化街区创意生态的全景。 第三部分：历史文化街区创意生态健康评价指标体系的构建。提出了历史文化街区创意生态健康评价的意义和总体思路,设定了构建指标体系的原则,在原则指引下,借鉴Costanza和历史文化街区创意生态实际构建了包含3个准则层、16个一级指标和50个二级指标的健康评价指标体系。 第四部分：历史文化街区创意生态健康评价模型构建与案例评价。在评价指标体系的基础上,对模型使用方法进行了分析和选择,并介绍了F-AHP方法的具体处理步骤。通过邀请专家打分、征求意见、问卷调查等方式获取量化数据,构建了评价模型。以福州三坊七巷为例进行了实际评价和分析,并提出了三坊七巷创意生态优化的建议。 第五部分：本文的研究内容和结果的小结,本文的不足之处以及今后的改进方向。
[Abstract]:Creative economy has become the focal economy of the 21 st century. Since the development of creative economy, China has become a new economic growth pole. The author thinks that we should examine the development of creative economy from a larger perspective, namely creative ecology. The study of creative economy from the ecological perspective is of great significance to the correct understanding of the creative economy and its development law by synthetically considering the various elements and environments of the creative ecology and their mutual relations in the ecological and systematic position. The historical and cultural district is the main dependent place of the creative economy in our country, and the creative economy of the historical and cultural district is an important part of the creative economy in our country. Therefore, this paper puts the research point into the creative ecology of historical and cultural blocks, defines the creative ecology, and analyzes the elements and ecological mechanism of the creative ecology in historical and cultural blocks. This paper constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation model of creative ecological health in historical and cultural blocks, and takes three lanes and seven lanes in Fuzhou as an example to evaluate and put forward some suggestions for the optimization of creative ecology in three lanes and seven alleys. In this paper, based on the ecological perspective, this paper provides new ideas and suggestions for the development of creative economy in historical and cultural districts by judging the health status of creative ecology in historical and cultural blocks. This paper is divided into the following five parts: the first part: the theoretical basis of creative ecology and the definition of related concepts of creative ecology. This paper expounds the theoretical foundation of the biological metaphor method, including the natural ecosystem theory, the new economic growth theory and the creative economy theory. Based on the connotation of creative economy, this paper analyzes the classification and characteristics of creative economy, and describes the definition and basic outline of creative ecology by means of biological metaphor. The second part: the analysis of the creative ecology of historical and cultural blocks. This paper traces the formation of creative ecology in historical and cultural blocks, defines the creative ecology of historical and cultural blocks, analyzes in detail its constituent elements, and analyzes the action mechanism of creative ecological organisms and organisms, biology and environment in historical and cultural blocks. Describes the historical and cultural blocks of creative ecology panorama. The third part: the construction of creative ecological health evaluation index system in historical and cultural blocks. This paper puts forward the significance and general idea of the evaluation of creative ecological health in historical and cultural districts, and sets up the principles of constructing the index system. Under the guidance of the principles, the practical construction of creative ecology in historical and cultural blocks includes three levels of criteria, which are based on Costanza and the actual construction of creative ecology in historical and cultural blocks. The health evaluation index system of 16 first-class indexes and 50 second-level indexes. The fourth part: the construction of creative ecological health evaluation model and case evaluation of historical and cultural blocks. Based on the evaluation index system, this paper analyzes and selects the method of using the model, and introduces the concrete processing steps of the F-AHP method. The evaluation model is constructed by inviting experts to score, asking for opinions, questionnaire and other ways to obtain quantitative data. Taking three lanes and seven lanes in Fuzhou as an example, this paper makes a practical evaluation and analysis, and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of creative ecology of three lanes and seven lanes. The fifth part: the summary of the research contents and results, the shortcomings of this paper and the direction of improvement in the future.
