“两型社会”视角下湖北省文化产业投融资机制研究

【摘要】：近年来湖北省文化产业发展迅速,但存在着与"两型社会"建设不一致的投融资机制等方面的问题。基于"两型社会"视角,运用问卷调研法、比较分析法以及规范与实证相结合法等,在简述文化产业投融资机制相关理论的基础上,分析了其发展中存在的政府主导投融资、投融资机制缺乏创新、缺乏政策支持机制及相应配套的投融资机制问题,进而探究文化企业有自身的特殊性与弱点、市场不健全、投融资机制不完善等方面的原因,最后提出提高文化企业自身素质、建立健全文化产业法律法规、拓宽投融资渠道和营造良好投融资环境的投融资机制对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cultural industry in Hubei Province has developed rapidly, but there are some problems in investment and financing mechanism which are inconsistent with the construction of "two-oriented society". Based on the perspective of "two-oriented society", using questionnaire survey, comparative analysis and the combination of normative and empirical methods, this paper analyzes the government-led investment and financing in the development of cultural industry on the basis of briefly describing the relevant theories of investment and financing mechanism of cultural industry. The lack of innovation of investment and financing mechanism, the lack of policy support mechanism and the corresponding supporting mechanism of investment and financing, further explore the cultural enterprises have their own particularity and weakness, the market is not perfect, the investment and financing mechanism is not perfect, and so on. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures of improving the quality of cultural enterprises, establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations of cultural industry, widening the channels of investment and financing and creating a good investment and financing environment.
