我国文化创意企业的核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济的迅猛发展,资本和技术主宰一切的时代已经过去,创意时代已经来临。围绕产业结构的不断升级和深化,文化创意产业正方兴未艾,并与经济领域相互渗透,在一定的区域形成空间上的聚集。目前,我国文化创意产业才刚刚起步,文创企业存在先天不足,一定程度上缺乏核心竞争力。文化创意产业,基于创意也基于文化,面对激烈的市场竞争,如何利用我国得天独厚的传统文化优势,扬长避短,尽快提升文化创意企业的竞争力,确保生存并持续发展,成为当前迫切需要解决的重要课题之一。 首先,从文化创意产业和企业核心竞争力的概念入手,研究其发展背景和意义,并就国内外文化创意产业发展现状的比较研究,找出不足,明确优势,探索发展方向;进而,通过分析文化创意企业的外在宏观环境,和内部发展的制约因素,对我国文化创意企业的核心竞争力进行深入探讨,研究结果表明,具有创新能力的人才和企业品牌应是我国文化创意企业的核心竞争力;最后,结合具体企业的实例分析,针对我国文化创意企业核心竞争力的构建和培育,提出可供参考的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the era of capital and technology is over and the era of creativity has come. Around the continuous upgrading and deepening of the industrial structure, the cultural and creative industries are in the ascendant, and infiltrate with the economic field, forming a spatial aggregation in a certain region. At present, China's cultural and creative industries have just started. Cultural and creative industries, based on creativity and culture, face the fierce market competition, how to make use of our country's unique traditional cultural advantages, to enhance the competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises as soon as possible, to ensure their survival and sustainable development. It has become one of the most important problems that need to be solved urgently. First of all, starting with the concept of cultural creative industry and the core competitiveness of enterprises, this paper studies the background and significance of its development, and makes a comparative study of the current development situation of cultural and creative industries at home and abroad, finds out the shortcomings, clarifies its advantages and explores the development direction. Then, through the analysis of the external macro environment of cultural creative enterprises, and the internal development of constraints, the core competitiveness of cultural and creative enterprises in China is discussed. The research results show that, Innovative talents and enterprise brands should be the core competitiveness of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises; Finally, based on the analysis of concrete enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and cultivation of the core competence of cultural and creative enterprises in China.
