企业信息化管理对企业文化建设的影响与对策

【摘要】:21世纪是信息时代,信息经济正在改变传统企业的生产、经营和管理方式。企业信息化为后进企业追赶世界先进水平提供了一条现实可行之路。为此,我国政府确立了“以信息化带动工业化”等一系列方针和政策。另一方面,随着经济全球化的发展,我国企业越来越多的面临国外企业的直接竞争,而国Qg企业不但在产品、技术、资金等硬件方面不如国外先进企业,而且在管理、文化、观念等软实力方面存在更大的差距。在此大背景下,我国众多企业自觉选择了推进企业信息化管理,创建个性企业文化的发展道路,以期提高企业在市场上的竞争能力。因此,研究企业信息化管理与企业文化建设相互作用、相互影响的关系,对当前我国企业的改革和发展具有现实指导意义。 本论文采用理论研究与案例分析相结合、间接调研(综合分析)与直接调研(直接分析)相结合的研究方法,首先介绍了企业信息化管理及企业文化的基本概念和内涵,并对我国当前企业信息化管理工作和企业文化建设工作现状进行了简要归纳;然后通过分析企业信息化因素在影响企业文化建设诸多因素中的地位与作用,揭示出企业信息化管理对企业文化建设影响的机理;再以实际案例印证理论分析的要点;最后结合理论和案例分析的结果,有针对性的提出了基于企业信息化管理条件下企业文化建设的思路与对策。 本论文的研究证明了在企业信息化管理条件下,企业的核心价值观、文化网络、团队建设、客户关系等企业文化建设的各主要方面均受到影响,面临新的挑战。论文全面系统地用理论和案例分析了这种影响,并通过案例给出了具体影响的形式。论文的研究及结论,为我国的企业文化变革提供了参考依据。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the information age, the information economy is changing the production, management and management of traditional enterprises.Enterprise informatization provides a realistic and feasible way for backward enterprises to catch up with the advanced level of the world.Therefore, our government has established a series of principles and policies, such as "promoting industrialization by informationization".On the other hand, with the development of economic globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises are facing direct competition from foreign enterprises, while QG enterprises in China are not only inferior to foreign advanced enterprises in hardware aspects such as products, technology and funds, but also in management and culture.There is a bigger gap in soft power, such as ideas.Under this background, many enterprises in our country have consciously chosen to promote enterprise information management and create a development path of individual enterprise culture, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the interaction and interaction between enterprise information management and enterprise culture construction for the reform and development of enterprises in our country.This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical research with case analysis, indirect investigation (comprehensive analysis) and direct investigation (direct analysis). Firstly, it introduces the basic concept and connotation of enterprise information management and corporate culture.The paper also briefly summarizes the current situation of enterprise information management and enterprise culture construction in our country, and then analyzes the status and role of enterprise informatization in many factors affecting the construction of enterprise culture.This paper reveals the mechanism of the influence of enterprise information management on the construction of enterprise culture, proves the main points of theoretical analysis with practical cases, and finally combines the results of theory and case analysis.This paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of enterprise culture construction under the condition of enterprise information management.The research in this paper proves that under the condition of enterprise information management, the core values, cultural network, team building, customer relationship and other major aspects of corporate culture construction are affected and faced with new challenges.In this paper, the influence is analyzed in theory and case, and the form of influence is given.The research and conclusion of this paper provide a reference for the change of corporate culture in our country.
