医药企业网络舆情分析人才招聘研究

【摘要】:互联网突飞猛进的发展,网民规模不断壮大,新媒体推陈出新,网络技术日益升级,投资者、公众、合作伙伴等利益相关体也越来越依赖互联网收集企业的相关信息进行投资、购买、合作等决策分析。很多学者已经进行相关实证研究,如企业网络舆情相关信息会影响投资者的决策,进而影响上市公司股价的波动,甚至是相关行业的震荡。因此,对于企业而言,网络舆情相关工作的价值日益凸显。其中,网络舆情分析工作是网络舆情分析应对的重要环节,因此企业网络舆情分析人才是企业网络舆情人才架构中的中坚力量。构建企业网络舆情分析人才胜任力模型,将有助于提升企业网络舆情人才招聘管理实践,提升企业网络舆情分析能力,进而为企业舆情应对打下坚实基础。企业网络舆情事件发生的前、中、后,均需要网络舆情分析人才能够专业、准确的对事件进行分析,并为舆情应对人员提供坚实的决策、行动依据,进而使舆情事件对相关利益体产生正向的影响。本文研究目的是通过研究医药企业网络舆情分析人员的胜任力要素,进而构建其胜任力模型,并基于该模型进行相应的招聘工作,期望有效提升医药企业网络舆情分析人才的水平。本文综合采用文献分析法及岗位分析法,初步提炼了医药企业网络舆情分析人才的胜任力要素,进而初步建立医药企业网络舆情分析人员的胜任力模型;然后,通过问卷调查、专家归类,将胜任力要素进行扩充;其次,进一步通过问卷调查结合Likert五点等级打分法,对胜任力要素进行筛选;最后,通过绩优组和普通组的比较,最终确立胜任力模型。基于医药企业网络舆情分析人才的胜任力模型搭建招聘体系,为企业招聘选拔相关人才提供科学且可量化的依据,提高人才招聘的质量,为医药企业网络舆情相关人才的招聘工作提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the scale of Internet users is growing, the new media is emerging, the network technology is upgrading day by day, and stakeholders, such as investors, the public and partners, are increasingly relying on the Internet to collect relevant information from enterprises for investment. Purchase, cooperation and other decision-making analysis. Many scholars have carried out relevant empirical research, such as enterprise network public opinion related information will affect investors' decision-making, and then affect the volatility of listed companies' stock prices, and even the volatility of related industries. Therefore, for enterprises, the value of network public opinion related work is increasingly prominent. Among them, network public opinion analysis is an important link of network public opinion analysis, so enterprise network public opinion analysis talent is the backbone of enterprise network public opinion talent structure. Constructing the competency model of enterprise network public opinion analysis talents will help to improve the enterprise network public opinion talent recruitment management practice, enhance the enterprise network public opinion analysis ability, and then lay a solid foundation for the enterprise public opinion response. Enterprise network public opinion events before, in, after, need network public opinion analysis personnel can be professional, accurate analysis of the incident, and for public opinion personnel to provide a solid decision-making, action basis, So that public opinion events have a positive impact on the relevant stakeholders. The purpose of this paper is to study the competency factors of the network public opinion analysts in pharmaceutical enterprises, and then to construct the competency model, and then to recruit the personnel based on the model. Hope to effectively improve the pharmaceutical enterprises network public opinion analysis talent level. This article synthetically uses the literature analysis method and the post analysis method, has preliminarily refined the medical enterprise network public opinion analysis talented person competency essential factor, then preliminarily established the medicine enterprise network public opinion analysis personnel competency model; then, through the questionnaire investigation, The expert classifies, expands the competency factor; secondly, through the questionnaire investigation and the Likert five-point grade scoring method, carries on the screening to the competency factor; finally, through the grade excellent group and the ordinary group comparison, finally establishes the competency model. In order to provide scientific and quantifiable basis for enterprises to recruit and select relevant talents and improve the quality of talent recruitment, a recruitment system is built based on the competency model of medical enterprises' network public opinion analysis, which provides a scientific and quantifiable basis for enterprises to recruit and select relevant talents. For the pharmaceutical enterprise network public opinion related talent recruitment work provides the reference basis.
