【摘要】：互联网政治经济学为理解互联网迷思提供了替代性的理论视野。通过历史的质问证明互联网诞生和发展是由政治经济驱动的政治选择;互联网是数字资本主义的重要工具,加剧了信息鸿沟,掩盖了社会的不公,体现了反民主的趋势;互联网并没有推翻知识的垄断,导致了教育的商业化,影响了教育的方式和质量;互联网的政策制定、互联网本身、互联网市场都是不自由的,不会带领我们走向自由的乌托邦;互联网政治经济学需要回到马克思,开展互联网的实证研究和规范研究。互联网政治经济学发人深省,互联网值得我们重新审视和反思。
[Abstract]:The political economy of the Internet provides an alternative theoretical perspective for understanding the myth of the Internet. Through historical questioning, it is proved that the Internet is a political choice driven by politics and economy; the Internet is an important tool of digital capitalism. It exacerbates the information gap, conceals social injustice and reflects anti-democratic trends; the Internet does not overturn the monopoly of knowledge, leading to the commercialization of education, affecting the way and quality of education; and Internet policymaking, The Internet itself, the Internet market, is not free and will not lead us to a free utopia; the political economy of the Internet needs to return to Marx. The political economy of the Internet is thought-provoking, and the Internet is worthy of our re-examination and reflection.
