中国轮椅篮球发展及其社会价值研究

【摘要】：残疾人是社会上的弱势群体,但他们和健全人享有同样的生活、学习、工作的机会,全社会都应给予他们以足够的重视。残疾人体育作为社会体育的一个重要组成部分,已愈发得到各国政府的认可和重视,并将其作为展现本国精神文明建设和人权保障的一个窗口来扩大国际影响力。轮椅篮球运动是伤残人坐在轮椅上进行的篮球运动项目,是残疾人运动项目中最受观众喜爱的运动项目之一。但目前我国轮椅篮球水平不高,与发达国家有较大的差距,相关的研究也是屈指可数,这就极大地制约着我国轮椅篮球运动的发展。轮椅篮球作为一种独立的文化形态,其本身具有较强的社会价值,具体表现在政治、经济、教育、文化和科技等各个方面。本文以参加2014年全国轮椅篮球锦标赛的运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、视频观察法等研究方法,从目前我国轮椅篮球的发展状况来探析出轮椅篮球的社会价值。并得出以下结论:(1)我国轮椅篮球发展现状不理想,目前队伍数量不到30支,而且许多队伍不够稳定,随时面临解散的风险,运动员运动水平也不高。无论是数量还是质量,都与发达国家有较大差距。有关部门关注度低,媒体宣传力度不够。(2)经费不足,导致球队普遍训练条件差,开展赛事少,加之运动员年龄大,后备力量匮乏,教练员专业程度低,都严重影响我国轮椅篮球运动的发展。(3)从上文我国目前轮椅篮球运动的发展现状可以得出,轮椅篮球具备一定的社会价值,具体体现在教育、文化、政治、康复与科技和经济等方面。教育价值。轮椅篮球运动对于整个社会都具有积极地教育作用,为我国精神文明建设贡献着自己特殊的力量。文化价值。轮椅篮球所发展出来的文化价值,有助于完善和健全整个体育文化。政治价值。一方面,体现出我国人权保障的公平与真实。另一方面,更广泛地开展国与国之间的合作。康复与科技价值。有效改善残疾人身体器官功能的同时,也可以提高国内厂商对轮椅研制的科研技术水平。经济价值。通过转播、广告、门票、相关产品的销售等带来的直接经济收入,可以让残疾人由“他助”转变为“自助”。建议:无论是从残联、体育局等相关部门的角度,还是从全社会的角度来看,都应该予以轮椅篮球以相当程度的重视与支持,以最大最优化的制度实现其应有的社会价值。(1)经费是首当其冲需解决的问题。除了省、市残联、体育局需加大投入之外,还应主动拓宽融资渠道,多方争取商业赞助。(2)完善当前赛制,加强国际交流。从目前来看,建立起轮椅篮球联赛是不现实的。那么,就应该在现有的比赛基础上,适当的增加一些全国性的锦标赛,以此来提高运动员的技战术水平。国家队层面更应该高瞻远瞩,多组队参加国际性的比赛,缩短与先进国家的差距,而不仅仅把眼光局限于亚残会和残奥会。(3)培养一支高水平的专业轮椅篮球教练员队伍。开展教练员的相关培训,提高现有教练员的业务水平,最终建立起一支专业技能强、管理能力突出的专业教练员队伍。(4)加强宣传,提高轮椅篮球的受众覆盖面。让社会上更多的人不仅知道轮椅篮球运动,更要用实际行动去支持,去关注这项运动。
[Abstract]:The disabled are the weak groups in the society, but they and the sound people enjoy the same life, learning, and the opportunity to work. The whole society should give them enough attention. As an important part of social sports, the disabled sports has become more and more recognized and valued by the governments of all countries, and as a demonstration of the spiritual civilization of the country. The wheelchair basketball is one of the most popular sports in the disabled sports. But at present, the level of the wheelchair basketball is not high, and there is a big gap with the developed countries. It can be counted, which greatly restricts the development of the wheelchair basketball in China. As an independent cultural form, wheelchair basketball itself has a strong social value, which is embodied in all aspects of politics, economy, education, culture and science and technology. In this paper, the athletes who participated in the 2014 national wheelchair Basketball Championships were used as the research object and applied to the study. The methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and video observation are used to analyze the social value of wheelchair basketball from the current development of wheelchair basketball in our country.
