中乌经贸合作的问题与发展研究

【摘要】：乌兹别克斯坦是中亚中部一个内陆国家,它地处联结东西方和南北方的交通冲要的十字交叉点,地理位置十分优越,古代曾是重要的商队之路的汇合点。乌兹别克斯坦是中亚地区的大国,人口众多,盛产棉花和黄金,因此素有“双金”之国的美誉。对中国而言,中亚地区无论是在过去还是在现在,甚至是在将来都具有十分重要的政治、经济、战略意义。作为中亚经济中心的乌兹别克斯坦与中国相连,多年以来,两国一直维持着友好、团结、积极发展的国家关系。随着时间的推移,中乌两国的经济往来越发显得重要,这就要求我们在充分了解两国经贸合作的背景、前提,合作的前提下,找出其中的问题及研究如何解决,这样才能更好地推动两国经贸合作的持续发展。本文对中国与乌兹别克斯坦经贸合作的历史进程进行了回顾,并重点分析了影响两国经贸合作的内部及外部因素,在此基础上对两国经贸合作的发展前景做了预测并提出相关建议。第一部分从四个方面简单阐述了本文作者的写作意图,通过对选题意义的分析得出该论文的研究价值和意义。第二部分主要通过两方面较为系统地叙述了中乌两国经贸合作的发展历程与现状。简单分析了形成现状的原因。第三部分为本论文的核心部分。首先提出了中乌两国经贸合作的基本原则,进而指出了两国经贸合作中存在的问题。第四部分简要指出了中乌经贸合作的有利条件。第五部分主要针对合作存在问题列出了对应的对策。从五个方面较为系统地给出了具体对策。并且对两国经贸前景进行了整体化的描绘。最后一部分主要是结论部分,指出了论文的不足。
[Abstract]:Uzbekistan is a landlocked country in the central part of Central Asia. It is located at the intersection of traffic between East and West and North and South. It is very superior in geographical location. It was an important confluence of caravans in ancient times. Uzbekistan is a large country in Central Asia, with a large population, rich in cotton and gold, so known as the "double gold" country reputation. For China, Central Asia is of great political, economic and strategic significance both in the past, in the present and even in the future. Uzbekistan, as the economic center of Central Asia, is linked to China. For many years, the two countries have maintained friendly, United, and positive relations. With the passage of time, the economic exchanges between China and Ukraine have become more and more important. This requires us to find out the problems and to study how to solve them on the premise of fully understanding the background, premise and cooperation of the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. Only in this way can we better promote the sustainable development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. This paper reviews the historical process of economic and trade cooperation between China and Uzbekistan, and focuses on the internal and external factors that affect the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. On the basis of this, the prospect of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is forecasted and some suggestions are put forward. The first part briefly expounds the author's writing intention from four aspects, and draws the research value and significance of the thesis through the analysis of the significance of the selected topic. The second part systematically narrates the development course and present situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine through two aspects. The reasons for the formation of the present situation are simply analyzed. The third part is the core part of this paper. First, the basic principles of economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine are put forward, and the problems in economic and trade cooperation between the two countries are pointed out. The fourth part briefly points out the favorable conditions of economic and trade cooperation between China and Ukraine. The fifth part mainly aims at the cooperation existence question has listed the corresponding countermeasure. Concrete countermeasures are given systematically from five aspects. And the economic and trade prospects of the two countries are described in an integrated way. The last part is the conclusion part, pointing out the deficiency of the thesis.
