微博用户的评论与转发行为的影响因素研究

【摘要】:微博作为一种互联网应用,秉承着自由、开放和共享的网络精神,与过去的传统媒介形式相比,前所未有地赋予了每一个拥有微博的主体自由表达和交流的渠道。作为微博最常用的功能,评论和转发对微博信息的扩散传播作用特殊,微博引发的每一次事件都离不开微博用户对微博信息的评论和转发,用户积极参与微博中的热门话题的讨论,才能产生微博对事件的放大效应,掀起微博事件的一次次浪潮。本文借鉴场论,从行为、心理和社会环境三个层面分析微博用户评论转发行为,认为用户这种行为的发生是微博媒介场、心理场和社会场共同影响的结果。 微博作为一种新媒介,为其用户行为的发生提供了行为环境,裂变式的传播模式是对传统传播模式的变革,快速而去中心化的传播方式和独有的“评论兼转发”的功能极大地吸引着用户参与微博叙事。在信息时代中长大、生活的一代,交流和认知范围都被无限扩大,而在微博中,人们遭遇认知失衡时,调节的手段就是参与评论和转发。处在微博中的个体之间不断交流和暗示又促成了群体心理的形成,群体心理又会成为一个心理场,用户在个体心理和群体心理场的影响中产生行为。社会作为行为的宏观背景,仔细研究会发现微博用户评论转发行为受到社会形态,经济文化等因素的影响。 用户行为的发生是个复杂的过程,每一次的评论转发都可能受到用户行为环境、心理和社会中政治经济文化等因素的影响。因此,分析用户的这种行为不仅要从个体自身的微观层面来解读,也应结合社会宏观因素,这样才能全面认识和理解用户行为产生的原因。
[Abstract]:As a kind of Internet application, Weibo is based on the spirit of freedom, openness and sharing. Compared with the traditional media form in the past, Weibo has given every subject with Weibo a free channel of expression and communication. As the most commonly used function of Weibo, comments and retweets play a special role in the diffusion and dissemination of Weibo messages. Every event caused by Weibo is inseparable from the comments and forwarding of Weibo messages by Weibo users. Only when users actively participate in the discussion of hot topics in Weibo, can they produce the amplification effect of Weibo to events and raise the wave of Weibo events again and again. Based on field theory, this paper analyzes the behavior of Weibo user comment and forwarding from three aspects of behavior, psychology and social environment, and thinks that the occurrence of user's behavior is Weibo media field. As a new medium, Weibo provides a behavioral environment for the occurrence of its user's behavior. The fission mode of communication is a transformation of the traditional communication mode. Rapid and decentralized dissemination and unique "comment and forward" function greatly attract users to participate in Weibo narration. Growing up in the information age, the generation of life, communication and cognitive range are infinitely expanded. In Weibo, when people encounter cognitive imbalance, the means of adjustment is to participate in comments and retweets. The continuous communication and suggestion among individuals in Weibo promote the formation of group psychology, and group psychology will become a psychological field, and users will act in the influence of individual psychology and group psychological field. As the macro background of behavior, we can find that the behavior of Weibo user comment and forwarding is influenced by social formation, economy and culture, etc. The occurrence of user behavior is a complicated process. Each comment retweeting may be influenced by the user's behavior environment, psychology and social political, economic and cultural factors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the user's behavior not only from the micro level of the individual, but also from the macro factors of the society, so as to fully understand and understand the causes of the user's behavior.
