网络舆论危机下政府公信力的提升研究

【摘要】:互联网已经渗入到当今社会生活的各个领域,对政治、经济和文化的发展产生了越来重要的作用。我国正处于改革开放的攻坚阶段,各种利益调整容易引发矛盾,进而形成突发性的社会公共事件,同时,各种社会舆论和利益诉求在网络汇聚、整合、扩大,形成比传统媒体更加具有影响力的网络舆论。网络舆论不仅影响社会舆论,而且对社会公共管理者——政府的公信力提出挑战和冲击,如何应对网络舆论危机、不断巩固和提升政府公信力成为一个重要的问题。论文分六个部分详尽探讨了网络舆论危机下政府公信力的提升研究:第一部分是绪论。阐述了本文的选题目的和选题意义、网络舆论危机下政府公信力提升研究的国内外研究现状、研究思路和研究方法,以及本文的主要创新之处。第二部分是构建课题研究的理论基础。首先阐述了政府公信力的内涵、特征及其影响因素,其次叙述了网络舆论危机的内涵、特征,接着论述了网络舆论危机与政府公信力的关系。第三部分是案例分析及对现状的思考。以典型案例为实例,运用定量分析和定性分析的方法探讨网络舆论危机的形成。第四部分是分析当前在网络舆论危机下我国政府公信力的现状、存在不足,并分析了原因。第五部分提出了提升我国政府公信力的措施。首先提出网络舆论危机政府公信力提升的指导思想和标志,然后针对指导思想和提升标志提出网络舆论危机下政府公信力提升的具体措施。第六部分是结论部分。在总结前文的基础上简明扼要的概括了本论文的中心思想与主要观点。
[Abstract]:The Internet has penetrated into every field of social life today, and has played an important role in the development of politics, economy and culture. China is at a critical stage in the reform and opening up. The adjustment of various interests easily leads to contradictions, and then forms a sudden social public event. At the same time, various social public opinion and interest demands are remitted in the network. The network public opinion not only affects the public opinion, but also challenges and impacts the public credibility of the public, how to deal with the crisis of the network public opinion, and to consolidate and enhance the public credibility of the government has become an important issue. The thesis is divided into six papers. Part of the research on the promotion of Government Credibility under the network public opinion crisis: the first part is the introduction. It expounds the purpose and significance of this article, the status of domestic and foreign research on government credibility promotion under the crisis of network public opinion, research ideas and methods, and the main innovation of this paper. The second part is the construction of this paper. The theoretical basis of the research. First, the connotation, characteristics and influencing factors of government credibility are expounded. Secondly, the connotation and characteristics of the crisis of network public opinion are described. Then the relationship between the crisis of network public opinion and the credibility of the government is discussed. The third part is the case analysis and the thinking of the present situation. The method of qualitative analysis discusses the formation of the crisis of network public opinion. The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of the public credibility of our government under the crisis of the network public opinion, the deficiency and the analysis of the reasons. The fifth part puts forward the measures to improve the credibility of the government of our country. First, the guiding ideology and the standard of the promotion of the public credibility of the network public opinion crisis are put forward. Then, the sixth part is the conclusion part. On the basis of summarizing the previous article, the central ideas and main points of this paper are briefly summarized.
